The location is good , the check in was ok in 10min we were in the room. And room is clean. near the guesthouse theres tesco , restaurants and more.

The location- right off the motorway, yet one hardly hears any traffic. The motorway services including shops, takeaways, pizza express, all are located in the area. Theres ample parking and charging facilities. Staff- absolutely spot on! Ramada's best asset seems to be excellent, polite, well-trained, professional staff. Check-in was smooth, professional. The room had a double bed and a single bed. All the essentials - iron, storage, etc were there, along with tea and coffee. There is free wifi. There was a bathtub. The rooms were clean, Christina had done an excellent job. The following morning, Shibu at the desk provided some tips and information. The Checkout was smooth and the staff member ordered a minicab for me. It provides excellent value for money for travellers who're driving up the motorway. I look forward to returning to the Ramada and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The whole experience was lovely we had a spacious garden lodge room with private sauna for just the small lodge residents I was only one who was in there was lovely, food was great little pricey for vegetarian no sausage alternative but fresh eggs and toast hash browns and fruit were available and were great, room service was great

Everything was perfect. A home away from home.

The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Our room was very clean and extremely comfortable. One of the nicest stays we have had on our trip to lodon. Two minutes walk to hendon Central Station which made getting around easy. Definitely will be returning.

Breakfast was tasty and generous. The service was excellent, the staff were polite and catered to our needs. For a three-star hotel, I'd say the breakfast was outstanding! The room we stayed in was quite spacious and had complimentary espresso pods. We enjoyed spending time in the sitting area, which doubled as the morning breakfast restaurant. The hotel's location is superb, a 5-minute walk to the train station to get to London and equally as close to the town center where there are restaurants, shops, and other amenities.

Good location, helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, the room is nice and clean, the beds are very comfortable. Great value for money. The location is good - a little bit further away from the city center but by bus the tube station oakwood is easily reached or an overground-station is less than 15 minutes walking distance away.

The reception stayed up to let my boyfriend check in and I will be eternally grateful x
