Good customer service and clean

We had a lovely evening at the pub! Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. Check in and checkout was effortless and the beds very comfortable.

The nicest Manageress I have encountered for a long time. Helpful. Polite and kind to an Aussie tourist come to visit family in the region. Needed a nice clean safe place to get over my jet lag. Was just right.

The property was clean daily , great rooms and efficient for staying a long period of time . The rooms were always heated .10/10!

The whole experience was lovely we had a spacious garden lodge room with private sauna for just the small lodge residents I was only one who was in there was lovely, food was great little pricey for vegetarian no sausage alternative but fresh eggs and toast hash browns and fruit were available and were great, room service was great

Very friendly and helpful staff! Amazing rain shower, a big comfy bed, and a bonus fridge in the room! We were offered a nice cold glass of cold orange juice (orange squash) on arrival and told to help ourselves throughout our stay, which was a nice touch.

Location, great staff, great room. We were with two dogs, and they also provided dog treats and nice beds. Also not unimportant, good working airconditioning!

Very spacious, clean, safe and perfect location for getting to Alexandra Palace and 15 min walk from tube.

5-Star Review I had an amazing experience at this hotel in London! The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. The owner is a remarkable artist who has turned the hotel into a true masterpiece. He handcrafted breathtaking mosaics that can be admired both inside the hotel and in the enchanting Shisha Garden. His ceramic figurines are equally stunning, each one a unique work of art. The mornings were particularly special: the owner personally made us fresh coffee and warm pastries, and we spent time chatting with him. He even shared the stories behind his impressive ceramic creations, which made the experience feel so personal and memorable. To top it off, we had the pleasure of meeting his lovely parrots, who brought so much life and charm to the atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough – it’s a true hidden gem in London. If you stay here, you’ll leave with cherished memories and a sense of having experienced something truly unique!

Lovely kosher hotel, new, clean, in Hendon

Great location, bars, restaurants etc We went to the Ally Pally, easy 40 mins walk or a very short taxi ride. Room was really comfy, loved the bed. Bathroom was surprisingly nicely kitted out Staff were really friendly and welcoming

Everything is amazing, from warm welcoming reception team, to cleanlines reception, and spacious, clean, comfy and tidy room.. been there many times and will keep going whenever needed a place to stay north London.

I've stated in this hotel many times visiting friends in Enfield. Everything was nice and the staff always ready to help and make you feel cozy.
