Superb staff, beautiful room, thoughtfully appointment e.g. good sized towels, different sized pillows - just meant a really comfortable stay. Fabulous breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful welcome. Comfortable and well-equipped room. Parking right outside. Glorious breakfast and a nice takeaway on the morning when I left very early.

We had a wonderful time. The room was lovely, big and clean, vast choice of food for breakfast, kind and welcoming staff. The dinner we had at the restaurant was delicious, they also let us keep our dog with us while dining and having breakfast. Special mention: our dog was spoiled by the staff, cuddled and so very welcome.

Fantastic find! This was a wonderful four day stay for our group of 14 people. The owners took great care of us, going out of their way to make it a most pleasant stay. Loved having breakfast available, a good variety - eggs to order, fresh, warm croissants, fresh coffee or tea.

Dating from the 17th-century, the Kings Arms Hotel is one of the oldest establishments in Lockerbie. This family-run hotel offers attractive bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and parking and 2 bars.

I arrived on my motorcycle on Saturday 9th May. The hotel has a fabulous garage to keep cars and bikes safe. Met some lovely other tourists in the bar and the bar staff and hotel manager were very engaging. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying there.

This family-run hotel is set in 5 acres of parkland, near the M74 and Gretna Green. It offers spectacular views, real log fires, free Wi-Fi and a restaurant with an excellent local reputation.

Large historic building, very impressive features, but decorated in a modern way. Although it wasn’t a cold November, a wood burning stove was lit in the dining room, giving the room a warm and cosy atmosphere. We had a delicious meal, perfectly cooked. The owner was very friendly and helpful, as soon as we had checked in, he took our luggage to our room without being asked. My husband is disabled but likes to do things himself even if he struggles so this was a huge help. All in all, a lovely overnight stay, I would recommend highly.
