Breakfast options are great, all the usual offerings, very well cooked and lovely dining facilities. I had the Eggs Royal, which was cooked to perfection. Cannot complain in any way, loved the breakfast. The bed was amazing, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in, rooms are super clean, a proper mixer shower, not a mediocre electric offering and you get a real mechanical door key.

The building is beautiful, fabulously laid out, the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything looks brand new and is SPOTLESS, even the fire bucket is shining, I was so shocked at how sparkling it was I did the “Four in a Bed” thing and climbed up to look on top of the cupboards and they were shining. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels with far less comfy beds and sheets, the shower was fabulous too. I would make it a point to come back here if I’m ever in the area again.

Doreen and William have a charming farmhouse in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and share it unstintingly with their guests. Inside it's impeccable and so warm, all modern amenities without sarificing its' rustic charm. The 'guest wing' is a lovely self contained suite of rooms with the best bath I've had in years! The breakfast was delicious and filling, with fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereals followed by a freshly cooked full English - but the stars of the whole stay are Doreen and William who are so welcoming, helpful and attentive.

Perfect rural stay in the area. Damson Lodge was very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely evening watching the lambs in a nearby field.
