Big room, big bed, big bathroom. (Finally, comparing to many small hotel rooms). Our room had a corner with refrigerator, coffee and tea facilities. There is a big free parking place for guests. There is continental breakfast, but it is communicated ahead, we knew it. There were fruits, cereal, yoghurts, farm eggs you can boil as you like, meat, cheese etc. Actually after many days of full scottish breakfast at other accomodations I was very happy with fruits and all the orher choices here. For us it was a very good breakfast. Staff was very nice. Restaurants are in next town, cca 5 min drive. It is out of town but that is why we chose it. Quiet place, our room faced the garden at the back, we didn't hear the traffic on the road (yes, it is by a main road: again that is why we chose it, it was on our route).

The room was very clean and tidy. The host Morag was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with everything we needed. The location is great, close to the grocery store and petrol station. Very friendly staff from the beginning to end of stay - Hotel is lovely and situated in lovely surroundings - rooms are exceptional - we had a small double which appeared more luxurious than expected.
