Close to the town, only about a 5 minute walk. Based on other places we have stayed in Newquay it's far enough from the town so you don't hear the late night people.

Great stay with room and communal areas all very good. All the staff were very welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for the local area. Wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The charm and comfort of this property was so delightful!!! It felt like being at home, and came at exactly the right time for us, during our trip. We need the space, the lounge areas, the relaxed private dining options, the quiet. Could not have been any better for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. I appreciated the option to conserve resources by opting out of room servicing and new towels. Breakfasts were good and my elderly mother was able to request differences which, in the main, were delivered. At 94 few can eat large meals!

All staff (reception, restaurant housekeeping and conceriage)were very friendly and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. We were informed before our stay about the lift being out of order and we were asked about any mobility concerns and given an option of a ground floor room if needed. The staff have been very accommodating towards us and left a complimentary surprise in the room for birthday we was celebrating whilst we was there. There was also complimentary Gin in the room to sample. The room was a good size and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was stunning. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff greeted us with a smile daily and were genuinely friendly towards us. We used the cinema once, which is an added bonus. We ordered room service and there was no issues. Food arrived hot . We had a room on the second floor, which did not affect us too much despite suffering with some mobility issues. There are daily well-being activities on offer to participate in. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Nici Newquay is a lovely hotel !

The Staff were really helpful and very kind all the time. Always greeted us with a nice smile at any time of the day:) Even at 6am:). Although we had little issues in the room, they solved it swiftly.

We stayed here before so we’re visiting family so we decided to stay again we were upgraded free to a better room with nice views we would stay here again definitely breakfast was good too.

Spotlessly clean, lots of free parking, safe and good security, modern but comfortable decor, friendly and helpful staff. Cafe excellent, plenty of space. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook, washing up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets was really helpful, the tea, coffee, hot chocolate and little bottle of milk was a really nice touch. Absolutely loved the toiletries, will be looking to buy some for myself! Also loved how dog friendly this apart-hotel was although I didn’t have a dog with me myself it was so nice to see so many happy dogs being welcomed. Pool looked great although I didn’t use it and there looked to be some nice facilities for children also. Loved everything about this place and as a solo traveler I felt very comfortable.
