*The location is great and the views over the harbour are lovely. *The staff were friendly and engaging (both at check in and at breakfast) *Breakfast was good quality and the selection of cooked options was extensive (it starts at 8am, which is potentially a little late if you have an early start) *The building itself is very old and quirky, which we loved. *The room had air con, which was very welcome.

Everything was perfect except they must have given the room we expected to others and we had a room one extra floor up which was a bit of a trick since my husband just had knee surgery and we paid about £30 more on booking.com than the hotel price. It was a fabulous hotel everything was very good and the food was delicious. I would like booking.com to give me a refund since I am a GENIUS on their site and I booked 3 hotels total but as far as the hotel it was perfect
