We absolutely loved our stay at Woodleighton Cottages. Before we had even arrived, Rachel the owner had left us really clear instructions on how to get there, the local restaurants that were worth visiting & what times we could check in/ out. Her emails/texts were clear and concise & when we arrived, we were touched to find complimentary wine, chocolates water & hot drinks waiting for us in the cottage just as promised in her communication. After a long day at Alton Towers in the pouring rain, it would be fair to say that the luxury of this sweet cottage with underfloor heating & hot chocolate really soothed the soul of these two weary travellers/thrill seekers. Our cottage, the coach house, was lovely. Clean & homely with everything you could want for a short break - well appointed & a huge comfy bed. But its really Rachel, the owner, who sets this property apart. Clear communication with fantastic pre and post stay advice & tips.... what can I say? Customer service they way it should always be done. Myself and my husband will definitely look to return one day - thank you for a great stay
