The room was nice, and the whole area that guests can circulate is nice and cosy. Beautiful view from the terrace. The buffet breakfast was nice too.

Well situated hotel just opposite the pier, staff were warm and welcoming. Rooms very clean and tidy. Nice bar area.

We had an upgrade with Genius on Booking.com so stayed in the King size with sea view for the price of a standard double. This was midweek in December. The room was enormous with a superb view. Warm and cosy on a cold winter night. Good WiFi. Clean. Only a few rooms were occupied. Breakfast was cereals, juice, then freshly cooked Full English. All good. We often visit family in Weston and I definitely think we will go back to the York. Apart from the fantastic room upgrade, it was clean, warm, friendly staff, great breakfast.

The staff were amazing even organised to move my case from my single room to a double when I upgraded. They were helpful every step of the way. The breakfast was good as was the Sunday lunch. Easy access to both the centre and the seafront. Lovely stay will definitely be back.x

Really comfortable stay, perfect location just next to promenade and friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the fan in the room really helped to keep the air fresh. I recommend staying here for classic seaside experience!

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. The apartment had all the necessities for a very enjoyable stay. Staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Great location, walking distance to the promenade and local eateries.

Excellent service, good breakfast included, room with a view and a little separate sitting room via a small hall - a lovely surprise! Andrew went above and beyond looking after every little detail and was always available to help in any way - a pleasure to deal with!

This place is lovely and clean, the staff were so accomodating and so helpful. The lady who booked me in and helped me get my luggage from my car, was so so so helpful and lovely. Very accomadating and nothing was too much. All of the staff were so lovely and approachable, it certainly made the atmosphere a lovely one. We ate dinner on site at Rock Salt restaurant. The food was excellent quality, and the portion size were big, I didnt finish my meal. There is a very good variety of different food on the menu. We also had breakfast in the morning, again it was fabulous and portion sizes were big, I struggled to finish my food! The english breakfast was out of this world. The location is perfect for Sand Bay, the sand dunes were lovely for me and my son to explore after breakfast! So peaceful.

The Receptionist Ali is verry friendly and competent.
