After a long drive, to be welcomed by the manager saying "we will take care of your bags and you enjoy a complimentary drink in the sun" was fabulous. Top service, a very nice dinner also. 2nd stay here. Definitely recommend it.

our stay at Rooms at Uphill was excellent. The staff were friendly, always helpful and smiling. Breakfast was very good and severed hot no issues. We booked a table for the evening meal and found the restaurant clean and good ambiance. the food was exceptional and severed in a professional manner. my wife complimented some of the dishes as some of the best we have had and i agreed. Rooms is just a few minutes walk to the beach and also there is the church on the hill for more energetic walkers, but not after the meal. i would say a very well done and would recommend Rooms at Uphill to everybody.

Staff top notch , doing the little or big things to make me comfortable. Location super close to the sea. Easy rebooking process . Understanding of my disability and 0 comments in poor taste contrary to other places. Good human beings all around.

During my stay there were some blind guests, also disabled and I was very impressed with the staff in all areas how nothing was too much to help where help was needed without hesitation. Was also nice to see guests with dogs were catered for. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Nicely stocked bar.

One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve stayed at: the eye for detail regarding decorations and interior design is simply extraordinary! We stayed in a family room, and then booked another night in a double room: both were just amazing and so very comfortable and clean. Wonderful location by the seaside, WSM is absolutely gorgeous and worth a visit! The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was scrumptious at an amazing value, nothing was ever too much to ask. The pool was great, safe on-site parking, what a find! We will be back, highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel. I got a room overlooking the pier. Very clean, large TV screen unlike other hotels in Weston Super Mare and warm for the autumn and winter season. The continental breakfast in the room was also a pleasant surprise.

Ideal distance from the centre of Weston super Mare 4 miles, plenty of country walks small friendly village with excellent pub and chinese takeaway in easy walking distance of wallnut farm complex. Pub serves excellent food and drinks but can be a little busy at times so best to book in advance.
