The character of the building and the excellent customer service and attention to detail

The accomodation and the bathroom were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's also a nice touch to be able to leave your bags there before check-in or after check-out. The localization is near the Ashmolean Museum, and most of the places you can get by walking.

In my view, having spent 4 years here as a university student, Randolph is clearly among the finest hotel choice in Oxford. Stayed here on my wedding night.

Everything else. Beautiful rooms, clean and nice bathrooms. The hotel in general was just beautiful and I loved it. The staff were all so kind and professional. Loved the location as well. I honestly can't find anything to fault the hotel on. You can't go wrong booking here.
