Such a most wonderful place to stay! Everything was excellent! We enjoyed meeting Linda, the owner… and, Tom was a superb waiter for our huge, delicious dinners! And, Sue was super sweet for our breakfasts in the morning!!! Nice location, easy to drive around, & petrol station just up the road.

Ibis Swansea had comfortable rooms either modern decor and scrupulously clean. Hairdryer, iron and tea and coffee were provided in the room and a lift serviced all floors. It was very quiet and had free onsite parking. There is a great lounge/bar area on the ground floor and the onsite bar and restaurant were very convenient. The staff were fantastic: helpful, friendly and relaxed.

My husband and I were delighted with our stay. The staff at breakfast were exceptional, so friendly with lots of smiles. Also, any other staff that we had any dealings with, were very friendly. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.
