Location excellent, bus stop into the city centre, if needed, directly opposite the hotel entrance. Throughout our stay, from check in to checkout, all the staff were friendly and helpful, felt very welcome. A particular mention to breakfast waitress Bex, very welcoming and friendly. Also the breakfast chef, who would ask, with a smile, every morning if we were happy with the food.... Room clean tidy and very comfortable, especially the beds. Would be extremely hard to beat, I will be a regular visitor....

The property was so lovely and cosy, we would definitely stay there again . And it was very Christmassy aswel.

Friendly, professional staff, great room, very quiet, free car park outside, clean modern bathroom, fridge in room, excellent value abd a wonderful heritage building instead of a cookie cutter concrete block. Absolutely wonderful.

We arrived the lady at reception was very welcoming and it was hassle free

Room was nice, with a mini fridge, bathroom was nice size too. Very clean. Staff were lovely. Kids enjoyed breakfast downstairs! Would definitely book again.

Really nice area, clean spa n pool

Friendly host, warm room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with a bath! Great value for money! Well insulated and we couldn't hear any traffic noise.

We found everything was excellent from start to finish.

The staff were exceptional , very pleasant and courteous. The restaurant food was also excellent, breakfasts and an evening meal spot on.

The room was very spacious, beds were so comfortable with thick cozy duvets. Bathroom was immaculate with a great shower. Great location for town away from the noise, easy to get to coming off motorway. Paid for breakfast but was too cosy to get up,🤣
