We liked the location, close to the major routes yet quiet. Plenty of parking, the staff were excellent.

It was cozy lovely and comfortable

Everything. I arrived at 2.30pm and parked at the back and had an easy and pleasant check-in and then my room was very pleasant, with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, a good size desk and chair and a small but pleasant en-suite. It's a short and nice walk down into the town centre. Staff were very polite and pleasant, everything was clean and looked nice.

Location is close to Universal and price is low. Sound proof so no disturbances when i working. Light was flickering but I adjust myself.

It was a good price. Convenient for town and trains. Clean. Food available.

What a gem! Beautiful modern hotel with a cozy design. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a good touch on a rainy cold day. The bed was very comfortable, just wanted it to be a little bigger, a king instead of a double. Other than that everything was perfect.

The staff were busy and fantastic. Professional though hard pressed. Everything they did was spot on and "client friendly". Their management clearly asks a lot or even too much of them but they seem well trained and positive and really were great. The room was clean, looked good, felt good. The building is iconic and the "Yorkshire greeting" approach works well. The Dugout sports area was good too.

We love the location of the hotel right inside the golf area too which had only 8 twin rooms.

The room were comfortable and the bar was very cosy, loved the open fires. Breakfast was excellent every morning
