The room was bigger than average, couch and fully equipped kitchen. Ocean view also was lovely. Cafe is fab onsite and the evening restaurant also. Pool really nice and we could use it before check in and after check out. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Everything about Priory was perfect. Very relaxing, perfect for town beach shopping etc. We will definitely be going back there. Couldn't have stayed anywhere better. Absolutely perfect in every way. The staff were all so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were all very happy, chatty and friendly. Fiona and her mam were the perfect hosts. Loved that laugh Fiona. 100% perfect.

We booked one night here, and seriously within 20 minutes booked the next night too. We had the family room with the view, it had 3 large windows. Seriously blown away when I walked in, you can see the whole of fiscal beach. This hotel has thought of everything: -There is laundry facilities, -Special beach towels to take to the beach - A children’s outdoor play area - A children’s indoor soft play next to the restaurant, perfect for parents who can finally sit and enjoy a meal because the children are busy playing - children’s toy area to play at table - free bucket, spades and windbreakers to borrrow for the beach ( return them) - surf shop to hire or buy equipment for all your beach needs The staff were so friendly and kind Really soundproofed rooms, we were above the area where a singer was and couldn’t hear him at all

Everything about this place is fantastic.

Everything about this place is fantastic. We loved the restaurant, the room, the bed was so comfy and the staff made it all perfect. Easy place to stay to explore many attractions and towns in Cornwall.

No complaints whatsoever.

No complaints whatsoever. Hotel was beautiful, food amazing and nothing too much trouble for any of the staff. Perfectly positioned to travel throughout Cornwall and only 20 minutes from Newquay airport.

We felt that the pub was formulaic in its approach to food...

We felt that the pub was formulaic in its approach to food and service and lacking in the sort of atmosphere that we were looking for - the room which granted was standard was generous but the ventilation and light were very poor. The location does not work unless you have a car.

I loved Mitchell it is very easy to get to off the A30.

I loved Mitchell it is very easy to get to off the A30. Our room 10 was a little dark as it was downstairs whereas my friend had room 11 which was fabulous. Very clean and large rooms and wonderful bathrooms. Just need better pillows :)

Lovely hotel very very dog friendly. Booked a standard room for one night. Room large, clean, fantastic bathroom. Didn't realise when I booked hotel had dog bed, bedding, bowls and a paper bag with dog treats and a ball. My dog was very happy! It's set in Lovely grounds. Loads of free parking on site. Pub is very comfy and cosy, beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly and professional. Would recommend and return.

We will continue to come back to this hotel. The rooms are huge and so are the beds. Dinner was gorgeous. Breakfast amazing (please include the small cornish breakfast on your menu for paying guests, please! Its perfect for smaller appetites). Also, found the room was cold and we had zero ability to control this ourselves.
