The room and hotel were very nice. An excellent breakfast which was included. A great stay and parking was available as well.

We chose this hotel mainly due to convenience of distance.Had our doubts due to ratings but it proved us wrong. The Reception lady in specific, was very helpful and nice overall. We had some requests for our breakfast and she went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. Our room was space-full and clean as well as cosy and comfortable.

The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely period Inn with modern upto date amenities. Excellent room, very modern very clean.

Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Good supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. Also they happily accepted an early check-in. The room was ready at 11.00 a.m.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.All areas of the hotel were clean and comfortable, including the room that I stayed in. The room had a window that could be opened for fresh air which is important for me. Thanks!

Very clean, spacious room and bathroom, great beds, great amenities, good facilities, and the staff were so extremely pleasant. Warmly greeted us at reception and were understanding when we were delayed checking out. I will be staying here again for sure on my next visit to Port Talbot!

During our stay, we have received exceptional service from front desk, restaurant staff, and night security. In particular, Steve & Simon at night, and Rachel at Reception. Indeed, they made our stay feel like home as they go above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable over Christmas For example, Steve made me a cup of tea at 3am (as I was jet lagged, could not sleep, and did not want to wake my wife to make a beverage). He also informed bar staff that he would "close out & clean up" after letting me watch my home NFL team the Seattle Seahawks after the bar was closed. Rachel provided us with service and assistance that was more commensurate with the concierge at The Langham, New York rather than a desk clerk, and enthusiastically attended to our every need. I have never experienced such a professional and friendly team of people in a UK hotel!

Lovely view Very clean and modern. Downstairs bedroom. Grandchildren loved egg chair in garden. Massive bath. Liked the shutters on the windows. Comfortable beds We loved it and will book again.
