Firstly the staff here are some of the best I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived they looked after us every minute and made us feel so welcome. Food in the restaurant was very good and our room was very comfortable. Overall exceptional service and I hope if I'm ever in that area again to get the opportunity to stay there.

Location was convenient to Inverness airport and the beginning of our month long tour of All of Scotland.

By the River Ugie, the Waterside Inn has a pool, a spa and a gym. Peterhead is just a few miles away and there is free parking.

The genuine friendliness and helpful attitude of all the staff we met The room was clean and bed very comfortable Dinner was served quite quickly and staff checked to see if everything was okay with the meal and the staff did the same at the breakfast time. I would certainly stay at this hotel again
