The host Andy was great! Very easy to talk to and everything was made simple to collect the keys and communicate back and forth. I arrived late as I had problems arriving but it wasn’t any problem. The property itself is super cosy and relaxed ! Cleanliness is immaculate ! Never seen a place so clean that takes regular guests … the carpets are super soft the bed is a memory foam mattress and you sink into it along with the quilt. There’s boxed cereal packets with cookies on offer along with tea coffee etc Full clean cooling facilities and organic soaps fresh for new arrivals. Andy was always on reach throughout my stay if I needed anything and is friendly and approachable .

Fantastic value for money and Sally was absolutely amazing! Very attentive and felt super welcome. Requested early check in due to a wedding and the room was ready and waiting which was much appreciated! Super clean and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was faultless with lots to choose from. Definitely recommend and would stay here again - thank you!

WM was our last stay on our Cornish Adventure, and we could not have asked for a better ending. WM welcomed us with open arms and provided us with flexible accommodation, great drinks and amazing food in the evening, overlooking the sea and we found ourselves drifting into the sunset with the magical view this place provides. Beds and rooms were superb. Food was plentiful and tasty, fresh Sea bass, Tennessee chicken bursting with flavor and you must try the local specialty if you can - the RIBS!!! A heartfelt thank you WM for just being who you are and giving us this experience and sanctuary after some staying-experiences which had downed our spirits a bit. Would have loved to stayed longer and use WM as a base of exploration, but maybe next time :-)

Our stay at this charming old farm in Cornwall was absolutely magical – a true childhood dream brought to life! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the cozy atmosphere and the genuine warmth of the place. Our room was wonderfully cozy, providing the perfect snug retreat after days of exploring. The breakfastswas simply excellent! Each morning we looked forward to the delicious spread. The children were in their element, absolutely loving the farm animals. It was such a joy to watch them interact with the creatures and experience farm life firsthand. Rachel, the owner is a truly lovely person who clearly puts so much effort into making every guest feel welcome. Her cooking is fantastic, adding another layer of delight to our stay. We absolutely loved our time here. The beautiful surroundings only added to the charm, making our visit to this Cornish gem unforgettable. We really hope to return one day!

Very isolated make sure you have everything you need before...

Very isolated make sure you have everything you need before you arrive such as essentials as nothing stays open very late and you’re miles out from anywhere especially if you don’t drive ! It’s a nice and small place to visit . Very peaceful and beautiful to see so enjoy ! I didn’t get to see much though as I wasn’t here long at all but for the time I stayed I have zero complaints and I’d recommend staying at ‘the bay’ on Howells rd the host is called Andy and the photos of the place don’t do it justice .

Great location for wedding venue we attended.

Great location for wedding venue we attended. Ate pub special day arrived, otherwise just had full English breakfast. Downstairs conversation travelled to room but after all building is very old. Plenty historical buildings for interest, accommodation is a coachhouse, centrally located, parking available. Walking distance to Bude though terraine a little hilly for the feint hearted. For those reliant on public transport, local bus runs often throughout the day.

There was a fantastic local shop almost had every thing very helpful people in there . Not much regards walking and eating . Had use car once you moved the nightmare parking space goes ! Do need to book a table . The lion was a very friendly and great food well priced . All take aways you had to collect !
