United KingdomThe location was perfect for our visit and the host was brilliant - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy with a big comfy bed. Toiletries and towels were supplied and there are hairdryers available. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and we were given plenty of info about local restaurants, river walks etc.

United KingdomLovely couple of days away. Tina and Chris are extremely hospitable. The llama feeding was fun and informative. The welcome groceries were plentiful. We made use of the hot tub, but there's also a BBQ with coals, and a firepit which we didn't use, but everything was there if we'd wanted it. There is a little summer house also, and all these items are for your sole use. Booking.com has this listed as breakfast, but this is the items provided for breakfast, it is not prepared for you, which suited us. We will be back.

Welcoming community where the pubs and restaurants have...
Welcoming community where the pubs and restaurants have different things on ofer - and the fresh fish at the Anchor was really tasty! There is a local church with war graves to visit with a large park and playground behind it. The riverside walks are spectacular. Close to kings Lynn too.

Good location and accommodation although only booked for one...
Good location and accommodation although only booked for one night stay but would book another time if wanting accommodation in same area. Although trading also as a Restaurant did not have staff to provide any meals at time of my stay mid September 2022 but there is a cafe nearby and a few local takeaways and grocery stores within Sutton Bridge if required.

One of the best features was the friendliness and...
One of the best features was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location was also ideal being close to the bridge and local transport. I was on a nostalgia trip having first been in the area 64 years ago.

People in Sutton Bridge were very friendly.
People in Sutton Bridge were very friendly. Did find it a bit noisy down by the marina, but that was to be expected. Added bonus was the road bridge being opened allowing a boat to come through.
Ate at The Anchor Inn - would recommend.

The Hotel was easy to find on the main road through the Town. Very friendly landlady who looked after us well. We were pointed in the right direction for a local restaurant that was serving food on a Sunday evening. Breakfast was superb and plentiful.
