A 12-minute drive from Tiverton, Waterloo Cross, Devon by Marston's Inns offers smart en suite rooms in central Devon. It’s been our second stay there. Perfect location as we have family in Tiverton and Wellington. Dinner was fantastic. The room was clean, spacious and quiet.

Kitchen not open the evening we stayed but they were more than happy to offer cutlery and crockery for the takeaway we got twenty-five yards down the road; was actually at their suggestion, didn't need to ask. It's local to me but not been for a few years due to personal stuff, but I'll definitely be visiting more often now. My brother and a mate travelled from further afield and I'm damn sure they'd be happy to go back. Rooms were basic but comfortable and completely adequate for the price, no complaints at all.
