Stanbrook Abbey Hotel, Worcester is a former Abbey, situated in Callow End near Worcester. Offering a restaurant, free WiFi access and free parking, Worcester Racecourse is 12 minutes' drive away. Such a lovely place with kind, helpful staff and great food. Couldn't recommend it more and would stay again. We had an issue when we arrived of our rooms, which were meant to be close together, being far apart. They fixed in in minutes despite a 300+ guest wedding going on at the time. Dinner was great, they were very accomodating to my kids, and breakfast was also good. The whole place is interesting to look at and so pretty.

Great place to stay, it has everything. Historic places to visit. Excellent choice for places to eat. If you need great shops, it's got those too. When in Worcester be sure to visit The Chestnut Inn, best pub in Worcester.
Very pleasant to walk around with numerous pedestrianised areas and lots of interesting old buildings, although because it was January many were closed. The cathedral and environs are superb with helpful guides inside. We passed numerous inviting pubs but ended up at the Paul Pry which is excellent and slightly off the beaten track. We also had a fantastic Italian meal at Impasto (we were lucky to get in without booking).
Lots of character and big range of independent businesses. Some superb historical pubs. A lovely canal side walk and an impressive cathedral. Highly recommend the Massala Longe for an Indian meal and Chesters is just top drawer for a great Mexican meal
The town is a fabulous collection of gorgeous historic buildings and a great selection of varied shops. It is easy to get around on foot. We ate at Benedicto's Italian restaurant where the foods is exquisite.
Worcester has a fascinating history and located on the river as it is offers great walks both around its Tudor centre and out into the surrounding nature. We really loved the cathedral and canal walk, where you will never see so many swans ! Of course with Malvern and Tewkesbury a stones throw away there are plenty of place of interest nearby also.
Worcester is the best in the West Midlands! It's not too big for introverts :)) and not too small for people who like a night-out! It has many options for food, coffee & tea or drinks! It has beautiful parks and nothing is too far away from each other! I love Worcester and I recommend visiting to everyone!
The property was just like the pictures described, it was clean, easy to access and the property management company always responded to emails fast. Another huge plus being in City Centre you're within blocks of a lot of good restaurants, the Worcester Foregate station is within a block of the flat. All utilities worked well. While we stayed there all guests were extremely quiet, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. I'm sure when we visit again, I'll try and book here.
Worcester
The property was squeaky clean, with a good range of facilities. It was well appointed, nicely decorated and furnished, with everything required to cook full meals (if needed). The bed was comfortable, the water was hot, hand wash and gel available too. The location was great, very close to the canal basin and a lovely river walk. There was designated parking - a great option in a city centre. We usually stay in a hotel when we visit Worcester, but this is a much better way to visit.
Worcester
Difficult to be objective. I care a lot for the city of Worcester, and visit when I can. I always try to stay at The Severn View Hotel. Like the old building, the staff are great, the location is perfect, very central, right by the river and historic city centre. It has a busy bar, and sometimes the room I get is right above it. But the noise from downstairs ends at a reasonable time. The full English breakfasts are legendary. Looking forward to returning. Superb value for money.
Worcester
Beautifully renovated historic house. It is tucked away so there is a sense of privacy. The room was sympathetically designed, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was a short walk from the main centre of Worcester, cafes and restaurants, cathedral and about 12 minutes walk from the cricket ground. The hosts were very responsive when we got in contact before our stay.
Nice quiet location , the rooms are spacious , hotel looks really nice , could do with sprucing up Abit . The food is exellent and the restaurant bar areas are lovely . All the staff were really nice and helpful .
The English breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful. The location next to the cathedral and main town centre was ideal It was good value for a central hotel
Lovely location by the river. Parking included. Friendly well-trained staff. Bedroom furnishings attractive and of good quality. Excellent breakfast including vegan option.
