The property is located close to beach and dolphinarium which are both located 5 mins by foot . Batumi boulevard is also close. Staff is very friendly and helpful . Balconies are spacious and rooms are well maintained and clean

This is one of the best hotels i have stayed. Staffs were really helpful. Location was perfect. Rooms were really big and the toilet was very modern. They offered us late checkout. They offered us the iron to use in our room for the whole stay. All the staffs were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was not really good , but there are many nearby restaurants that offer breakfast. But I loved everything here. Thank you so much

Simply amazing new hotel in the heart of Batumi! Very clean, very modern, with polite and helpful staff. The room was spacious, with everything I needed. Lovely view, comfortable bed and pillows. Piazza square is just around the corner. As a frequent Batumi visitor, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
