NIce newly decorated hotel, with very good staff and extremely good breakfasts. Rooms are tidy but the bath is a bit small however, for the guest who is not very pretentious it is quite an option.

The pool was lovely and clean, the room spacious and comfortable. Nice location on the hillside. Staff were friendly but if you can't speak Georgian or Russian you may struggle.

It’s a very cozy and pleasant hotel located in a family house. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. Everything was just great!

The owners are SO friendly! We had a great stay thanks to them. The location is great, super close to the beach and with a supermarket just at the corner.

The villa was very clean and beautifully designed. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was peaceful. Staff were kind and helpful, and the pool area was great for relaxing.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious lunch and dinner. Highly recommended pumpkin elarji with meet, honestly all dishes was fantastic. My best wishes for chef.

Spent almost 1 week with my family in this amazing hotel. Hotel located in the Botanic Garden and surrounded by forest. If you want to relax away from city life thus exactly the place you need to visit. Personnel of hotel are very welcome and polite. Whenever you need something it takes only 5 minutes to sort it out. Rooms are big and equipped with modern equipment. Balcony in every room with and incredible view to the sea or forest. Restaurant is on the 1st floor. Choose breakfast included option while making booking. Had dinner couple times in this restaurant as well. It's a bit expensive but worth this money. Food was very tasty. Definitely try Seabas fish. Beach is 5 min walking down by stairs, where you can find variety of small cafes and restaurants to enjoy Georgian cuisine. Thanks for unforgettable vacation.

Clean, comfortable, friendly stuff, and great hamam experience.

The best view of the sea. We booked a Junior Suite and it was one of the best rooms we stayed. The staff is super helpful and attentive. Breakfast had so many options which made easy for vegetarians like us. Thank you for your hospitality.

Super nice host, we booked in the middle of the night, they were waiting for us. Amazing breakfast. 100% recommend!

ყველაფერი კარგი იყო ❤️

Perfect position right in front of the beach, 1 min walking distance. Clean basic apartment with everything you need. The hosts are very welcoming and they invited us to drink together just like in Georgian tradition! Highly recommended

Everything was very nice and very clean. Beautiful view. And very polite owners. Close to the beach, 10-15 minute walk. I will come again.

The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. They were so attentive, polite, and helpful, caring for us as if we were part of their own family.

Beautiful location in a quiet area with wonderful views.

Ratio price/quality is more than great. We were staying here for just 1 night, but I would like to stay much longer. Service and staff are excellent. View from the rooftop is amazing from all sides. And also a bus stop in 2 minutes by walk and 10-15 minutes by bus and you are in the center of batumi. The next day, we went to the center of batumi to the orbi buildings and rented an apartment there, but the thing is that we regretted it. the BST Hotel is much better, cleaner, more comfortable, and more convenient than the other options around batumi, even if compared with places that are two times expensive. Big room with own mini kitchen inside the room, and great working air conditioner. I didn't take photos of the room and buildings itself, but I took a photo of the view from the rooftop, which I attached to this review
