Calm neighbourhood, welcoming staff who went an extra mile to sort out my in-town transport, great value for money

The food is delicious and it close to most things that i needed.

I liked the hospitality of the staff members. I also liked how responsive and kind everybody was. I was there for a conference responsible also for the organizations. The banquet management staff especially Leslie and Michael were exceptionally helpful and flexible. We requested a different conference room that fits our need better and there was no issue with it. We were at meeting room Volta and I would like to say thank you for the ladies that were responsible for our coffee breaks, for attending our needs. But also, the staff at breakfast and lunch were exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind. The food was delicious. Thank you for the chefs for this experience. My room was always spotless and clean and when requesting and ironing board and an iron Helen came to my room to hand them over to me. She was very nice and kind and helpful with me.

Staff was helpful, and room very confortable

Very professional staff. They assist my mum with everything. Clean and modern hotel. Will recommend to anyone

Great location, close yo.airport and close to everything in city

The breakfast selection was good. Lunch and dinner options were very varied. Pricing ranged from fair to a bit pricey (for a South African). The overall ambience around the pool was incredibly calming; the perfect antidote after the chaos of international travel.

The cleanliness of the room, the breakfast, peaceful atmosphere
