Staff are 100% amazing. Super professional and very friendly – they really set the tone for your stay.
The hotel complex is really nice, feels very secluded and peaceful. The pool is a good size and clean. Even spending just a few minutes in the pool area was relaxing.
24 on site restaurant was excellent for me as I arrived after midnight. For the price you pay the food is excellent value – think I had a huge club sandwich, chips and a coke for about £4.
The other plus point is the free airport shuttle. Was chatting to people who were paying £10 per journey from the airport so factoring this in to your overall cost makes staying here good value for money

Be careful how you book rooms in Africa. 2 single beds means 2 people in a single bed.
Double beds means 2 beds in a room.
Clarify what you want and spell it out. We wanted 10 single beds but often got 5 doubles despite booking 2 twin beds through Bookings.com. To hotels credit they always sorted our problems.

It's a nice place to visit.
It's a nice place to visit. Lot's of things to do, from visiting the National Park, to going out for movies. The only problem is that some of these activities can be a bit pricey in Nairobi. You sometime have to do some digging and creative thinking to find affordable things to do.

One of the better African cities.
One of the better African cities. Has 'western' hotels, clubs, shopping. June/July the weather is cool, often rainy, need a sweater. Traffic is an issue. Recommend staying in the heart of the Westlands so you can walk to everywhere. Recommend staying walking distance to Sarit or Westgate malls. Take the expressway to the airport with plenty of time. Overall, Nairobi is a wonderful city, nice people who will offer help to foreigners when lost.

Well, i travelled nearly 80 countries and Nairobi is not just one of the best cities i have visited but even the people of Nairobi and Kenya in general are the best people withe the best qualities and personalities i have ever seen out of all Africa and i mean it. For example, i stayed in Samira Homes Properties in kilimani one of the most luxurious appartements i have ever seen not just in kenya but also in Africa. Very closer to the Town you can eat in a restaurant called CJ's right in front of the building where i stayrd at Samira Homes in Kilimani it also have shopping centre called Yaya centre and many interesting places to visit.
It has down stairs security plus nobody can access your property with out an ID can you imagine! So yes Nairobi and Kenya in general is a very wonderful place to be.
And hey to everyone who wishes to visit Nairobi don't you miss out to stay at Samira Homes in kilimani i promise you will never want to come once you stay her property.
All of her properties are located in the best locations of Nairobi and furnished with the highest and the best equipment very fashionable and loving and clean and classic too.

Plenty of Indian restaurants, friendly people overall, Spinners Web, good number of malls, availability of entertainment joints as bars, reliability, availability and safety of Uber drivers, though have to be watchful of where and how you are going. Also, access to Massai Mara is a bonus.
Second time at the hotel and it was amazing to be welcomed by so many monkeys. The security guys are super nice and kind, Sheila was there to welcome us and it felt like we have known her for a while even though we have never met her.
Internet was working better compared to the first stay.
The team at the restaurant was great, delicious food and great ambience . The garlic fries were really tasty and full of flavor.
Basically Nairobi is our stop over as we enjoy our holiday around Kenya and Westwood is our home.
Thank you all.
MAA Hotel & Suites is a great place to stay in Nairobi when you need to go to many different places in the city + environs. It is centrally located and easily accessible, while also quiet & almost residential at night. The rooms are very clean and comfortable & the hotel staff are professional, helpful, and welcoming (thank you for your lovely service!) Whether you are in Nairobi on business or leisure, MAA Hotel & Suites is both great value for money and a wonderful way to experience the Kenya's hospitality culture.
The hotel is not far from the Nairobi international airport and very close to the Nairobi National Park, the Bomas of Kenya, the Giraffe orphanage, the Elephant orphanage, the city center, the National Museum, and other places worth to visit. I chose it since it was close to my place of work and was pleasantly surprised by all other places I could easily visit. The personnel was perfect - professional, friendly, supportive. One more thing - the coffee was delicious!
Situated between the city centre and Westlands, so very central for most places. It had a large carpark with security and staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. When we checked into our room it was facing the toll booth so we asked to be moved due to the noise all night and then we had a garden facing room which was much better (room numbers 1-16). There’s no lift so if you have trouble with stairs ask for a room on the 2nd floor.
Located in Westlands, very close to many malls and shops and inside the hotel there are two restaurants and one bar and as the name said there is the way to see the Nairobi river and a nice garden with a lot of birds.
