This hotel is very close to the city center, with parks and supermarkets nearby, where you can buy some specialties. The hotel service is very good. They will take the initiative to ask if we are waiting for the car to help us pay attention to whether the car is coming.

Is what you expect at the Ibis and the staff are lovely. Buffet is more superior than the Hilton (which we stayed at a few nights ago). Good space to lounge and eat.

I had a great stay at LMR. The staff were always polite and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and abundant, it was quite quiet when I was there however the service remained high level. The room was huge and spacious, it doubled up as my office whilst working. The location is a walk away from everything in Westlands as well as a walk to the Museum of Kenya. The street is quiet but this neighbourhood is vibrant.

Way beyond expectations. Would love to have had more time to be able to use the facilities and spend more time here. Airport transfers done really well.

This was my fifth stay with Hyatt Place& House. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well fanished, clean and very spacious. The breafast selection is good and most importantly the hotel management is very kind. I unfortunately fell sick during my stay. The hotel was very accommodating with my request for late check-out on a very short notice at no extra cost.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. Location is perfect. Its close to everything you need. Our favorite part is the restaurant. It has a lively vibe and the food's great :) They even have those coffee printer where you can send your photo and they print it on your latte. Fun times.
