A tiny place with so much to see and do.

A tiny place with so much to see and do. There’s so much more than fish and chips, cheap booze and monkeys. Fabulous nature reserve with caves and tunnels, all with centuries of history. Good museum in town and historical walking tours. Dolphin watching, diving, sailing and stunning bird migration area. Oh and some great restaurants. All can be done by walking between the different area.

Everwhere i went too was great i love gibraltar. Yes it is ok to get around gibraltar you can never get lost as it is a small place and all the street take you into main street. but it is absolutely lovely. people are so friendly. Gibraltarians are so so nice. I ate out in lovely restaurants, no need for me to go across the border into spain as i could find all the time i stayed in gibraltar plenty of places to visit. Activities I have always made my own, go swimming every morning at 7-30am just as the sun is showing in the horrison. shopping is great. The restaurants are all very welcoming. I love Gibraltar. The weather etc.

I would say Gibraltar is definitely worth visiting because...

I would say Gibraltar is definitely worth visiting because of its unique history and character. However, one full day is generally enough to see the main attractions. While the beaches are pleasant, you can find even better ones on the Spanish side of the border. We visited the Rock in the afternoon and, as it was getting late and the children were tired, we took a taxi up the mountain. If you start your day earlier, the walk can easily be done on foot and is a great way to explore the area. Unfortunately, the cable car was out of service during our visit, so we paid £30 for the taxi and another £30 per person for access to the Upper Rock Nature Reserve. Looking back, I would recommend walking up instead, as it is a more economical option and allows you to enjoy the surroundings at your own pace.

Lovely place , The People are so Nice , We went to the Famous Rock and the Monkeys were so Funny and Entertaining , The Clipper is Excellent for a Full English Breakfast , Some really nice places to Eat out . Cannot Believe how close the Border to Spain is Overall Gib was Excellent and well worth another Visit ,

Exploring the Rock of Gibraltar and the Nature Preserve was a highlight for me. The center shopping/dining area was also very nice. It's a lot of walking but there is public transport available.

We spent a day on The Tock.

We spent a day on The Tock. First part on a guided tour but after that finished we explored other sites on the Rock not covered by the Tour. We went on the Dolphin Safari and saw dozens of them. Visited St Mary’s Cathederal, Traffalgar Cemetery, The Marina, Main Street and Irish Town plus Casamata Square. Walked across the Airport Runway and into Spain, bonus was that we completed our EU Biometric Finger Prints and Facial Photo in less than 2 minutes rather than waiting 3 hours at some other EU destinations. We had a beer and lunch in Spain before walking back across the Airport Runway into Gibraltar. Bonus !!!

Excellent, modern, spacious apartment in a convenient location, situated between the airport and the town centre. Easy walking distance to both. An added benefit: the apartment is just around the corner from the beach. There is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity that we used twice during our short stay. The bed was comfy, and we slept well. The air conditioning in each room was a bonus, along with the flat-screen smart TVs. We will definitely choose to stay here if we visit Gibraltar again! Perfect!

Easy access to the airport, the main town and eastern side of Gibraltar - perfect for exploring the whole country. We were on the 19th floor with excellent views of the runway and into Spain. Shower was excellent and bed was comfy. Staff were available by Whatsapp to answer questions and were friendly whenever we met them in person. Views of the morning sunrise are incredible from the balcony of the apartment we had.

Lovely little apartment in a great location. I used it for a work event deciding to stay overnight in Gibraltar rather that getting a taxi back into Spain. Everything you could think of was there as well as some extra little touches. Spotlessly clean and very easy check in/out. Quiet and secure at night despite being on a main road.

The location is a 5-minute walk from the Ocean Village and 3 minutes from the airport. It has plenty of amenities in the building and several restaurants around. It was very clean, and all is very new and neat. I definitely recommend it for anyone that wants a comfortable place to stay in Gibraltar.
