If I could get the staff of this hotel a 15/10 review, I definitely would! Especially that lady at the reception who looks like Olivia Coleman and speaks such beautiful English and was so helpful to us! Besides that the hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants in a cute town of Kozani. The room was cosy and clean and the breakfast delicious. If I am ever near, I will definitely come back!

Lovely little place, very nice, with everything you need! The host is very friendly and reaponsive, offering great advice and kind words. We also received treats for our dogs,which was just lovely. Also, necessary ingredients for a good breakfast!

Location was great, only a few minutes walk from the centre with plenty of cafes/restaurants. All staff that we met were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation looks and feels brand new.
