Very friendly staff. The location is great, the room was clean, organized and welcoming. Parking was available inside and outside the hotel. The breakfast was good as well, the climatisation system and the room's design were good as well. A bit expensive for sure but I'd definitely come back one day.

Very good location of the hotel. Despite being located on the busiest town street with a look on a central square, rooms are quiet. Also, the rooms are very clean. The hotel theme is minimalistic and modern, which gives a very nice vibe.

everything! The room was really excellent. The beds were super comfy, which is not always the case. The bathroom was beatiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The standard of the hotels in Chania tend to be very good, but El Greco is the best!
