The only small downside was the mattress and pillow, which were not very comfortable for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Very quiet and relaxed place beautiful garden

Perfect location, very clean, super friendly people

Fantastic staff especially Eleanna, great location close to a square with café and restaurants. The lake is 100m away with more restaurants and the promenade for a walk by the lake. Good breakfast.

Just in front of the Kastoria lake, perfect view, comfy beds, great heating for winter, clean rooms. Nicos, the owner, offered a free upgrade, great guy, very kind with perfect hospitality.

Very fine small boutique hotel in convenient location. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice and tasty breakfast. But above all, friendly and helpful staff, I mean Zisis specially. Short stay was real pleasure. If I ever come to Kastoria again, I will not look for another accommodation.

The location of the accommodation was convenient and close to restaurants and cafes. Plenty of free street parking is available nearby. The host, Evi, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and they waited and gave us a very warm welcome. They also assisted us in finding a suitable and easy parking spot opposite the accommodation, as well as helping us to carry our luggage into the room. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. We also received welcome drinks (dessert wine) and snack in the room on arrival. The breakfast was lovely, including sandwiches and hot breakfast (bacon, sausage, cheese, ham and different types of eggs), cakes, yogurt, fruits etc. and barista coffee. Evi is a very good barista. On check out, Evi provided us with comprehensive and useful information on attractions and good restaurants in the city. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

Clean,Quiet and beautiful location

The fact that we arrived late at night and everything was organised so that we reached our room within 2 minutes. Also the lady at the breakfast buffet who was so kind and prepared us fresh omelette and everything else that we might wanted!

Wonderful place, modern facilities, very friendly staff.

This hotel offers a lot for the price. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the service was consistently friendly. We left with very positive impressions.

Amazing location, spacious and comfortable room, good soundproofing, nice breakfast and incredibly kind and welcoming staff - highly recommend! :)

So nice and friendly staff!👍🏻😊

The room is clean Is close to the center Is quite

The hotel’s location is excellent, in a spacious and pleasant area with no parking problems. You can reach supermarkets and other shops with a short walk. The city center is about 15 minutes away at a normal walking pace.As someone who doesn’t like high-rise hotels, I loved the hotel’s wide and spread-out layout. The corridor leading to the rooms had a great, spacious feel. We stayed in a deluxe suite, and it was a wonderful experience. When I come back to Kastoria, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
