The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

I am delighted we chose the Arkadi Hotel for our stay. We were visiting Crete to celebrate my partner's birthday, so the very polite staff at reception noticed that and upgraded us to a better room with an amazing terrace view. Besides that on the actual date, we received a piece of cake up to our room. This is a remark about the hotel's values and understanding of true hospitality. Moreover, the hotel has a great interior and location. It felt boutique and Scandinavian, the room was clean and functionally well-designed and the breakfast was nice as well. I would definitely recommend and will probably visit again next summer.

Astonishing accomodation. Went here in July for my summer vacation and had an enjoyable time. The rooms are spacious and clean with confortable beds. The cleaning in the room was done daily toghether with changing the towels. Brekfast was included with all you can eat and it was flavourful. They prepar eggs in different ways, many types of cheese, milk, cereals, fruits, some vegetables juices, coffees, croissants, swits, for sure one can find something to eat. The staff is polite. They offered us a beverage on the house upon arrival. There is someone at the reception 24/7. You can leave here your luggage for few hours at checkout. I don t have the photos anymore, but i can guarantee it is very nice

Our experience at the Elysia hotel was truly wonderful! The hotel is located in the center of chania and is just a couple minutes walk from the beautiful old town. The stuff were extremely kind, sensitive and tuned and made our time there the best it could be, and The breakfast and all the amanities the hotel provieded were amazing! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very nice, luxurious and brand new (clean!) and the bed was really good. The staff really goes the extra mile, they even helped us find a parking space (he parked the accommodation car elsewhere!). One day we used their breakfast: they bring it to your room, it was very nice and plenty enough (we still had for lunch). The accommodation is very well located. Just 5 minutes of walking to the bus station (so we took the airport shuttle to the hotel) and few minutes more walking you are in the old town. A supermarket is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel (if you go out of the hotel, turn left). We liked the fact that it was only 10 minutes walk to the "busy" old town but that we were staying at a quiet location. And if you are planning to do the Samaria gorge: then you will enjoy the Hamam in your room after that walk!! (that was really nice). On our last day we could use the swimming pool after our check out. So we could relax and swim before our flight back.

Natasa, the manager, makes things happen in an exquisite way. Under her leadership, the staff are incredible, helped with every request from putting another bed in the room to where the best restaurants are, where the best beaches are. Breakfast was very aunthentic and very tasty. The location is just amazing within a few minutes to the centre of Chania. The rooms.were very crestively decorated and spacious. The balcony was great in the evening with a view of the port. Overall absolutely fantastic for the special occasion we had in Chania.
