The staff were extremely friendly and helpful- from the reception staff to the young lady in the bar to the housekeepers. The parking in the underground garage was so convenient, the hotel is in pristine condition and the location was an easy coastal walk to everything.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The resort is designed for beauty and tranquillity so very soothing and pampering. The spa pool is open at no cost. Meals can be taken in the privacy of your own room or in the restaurant or lovely deck overlooking Chania. Costs for meals were very reasonable and coffee complimentary. Breakfast was fun and delicious. It was made to order and very generous.

What an incredible experience! Before our stay I communicated with the staff and they were great at getting things organized with quick turnarounds. They ALL speak English and are happy to help. We did a last minute car rental, available on site. Gorgeous vehicle and so convenient. The restaurant was amazing! Definitely a 5 star, great food options. Everything we ate was delicious and well made. Service was excellent. Dessert was devine! The views were excellent from our patio AND the restaurant. ..... highly recommend this place!!!

Everything is thought of. No lapses. Attention to detail. Amazing location. Excellent breakfast, the food overall was very good, the espresso one of the best in Chania. Fruit option for desert, for some reason, unlike many other parts of Greece, in Chania not many restaurant serve fruits, but Porto Veneziano is a nice exception. A real gem.

I loved it so much and I really want to come back! The staff is amazing! Everyone! The Indonesian is the cutest and the staff at reception is super kind and helpful! They gave me the best recommendations for everything! They were writing me a bucket list of the south of Crete and I had some trouble with my rental car and even they were unrelated with that, they accompanied me and were trying so bad to find a solution for me. Just amazing people and I really hope they are all still there when I come back once!💗

Great location, nice and clean. Quiet. The buffet had everything. The pool was great to relax by. Of course couples would mark their beds and not use for 3hours. (should be a rule) The staff were AMAZING. Walking distance to the beach and old town.

Great place in a very comfortable location with all...

Great place in a very comfortable location with all facilities nearby (supermarkets, beach, restaurants) and easy access to Chania town by bus or car (plus there is a dedicated parking spot). The house is great, with a great view, very modern with all facilities needed for a family (laundry, fully equiped kitchen etc.). The hosts are very polite and make you feel like a guest / relative. It's a great place to stay at Chania.
