My friend and I booked this for our one night stay at Sparta as part of a road trip around the Peloponnese. It was supposed to just be a place to sleep for the night. What we didn’t expect was to be sad about leaving. Pepi, our host, was genuinely amazing. She gave us a good few recommendations on where to go locally, and even made us a traditional breakfast in the morning. She’s such a lovely person and deserves all the praise!

We would have loved to stay longer here, it was such a lovely hotel. The bed was comfy, but only had one pillow for each side. The team were very welcoming on arrival and so helpful, where nothing was too much of a problem. The pool was excellent with pool service (they make a good Aperol spritz!). There was a little verandah off the room that had lovely views out over the valley. Breakfast was yummy with a good selection for both hot and cold options. A bit off the beaten track which seems to be the norm to find good places in Greece, but with a car, no problem at all. We’d definitely stay here again.

Ancient Olympia is the mother of olympic games. The hotel was in the heart of the village, beside the archeological site. The hotel was very nice, very clean, the staff was very kindly and helpful. I suggest it!!!

Nice place and very close to all key attractions of ancient Olympia. The host, Vasili, is extremely friendly and helpful. We got a very homely feel at the place thanks to their hospitality. They also have a small tavern and provided decent veg meal on request.

Very kind hosts (both the landlady and the landlord). Great breakfast! A lot of food (coffee, tea, bread, marmalade, butter, honey, eggs), and additionally the landlord prepared four sandwiches for our trip (we were two cyclists), very appreciated by us!
