Location superb. Nektarina was a wonderful host. Elounda is magical.

Great property in the center of Elounda. Nice swimming pool, great breakfast view and amazing staff. I had the pleasure to be welcomed on property by Maria, who was perfect. The rest of the staff all seemed friendly and nice too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They upgraded our room, and we had an amazing sea view. The location of the hotel is perfect — right by the sea and in a very central area. The hotel restaurant is also located directly on the beach, with a beautiful view of the island and the sea. The atmosphere was relaxing and special. There is free parking, which was very convenient for us. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, rich, fresh, and very diverse. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back again!

Excellent location with great infrastructure and helpful staff

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning — since it's set on the hill on the way into Elounda, you get incredible panoramic views over the bay. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge and varied spread that easily set us up for the day. The extra facilities were a big plus too: a well-equipped gym, a games room, and a relaxation room. The pool area deserves a special mention — the loungers are so comfortable that we honestly preferred staying by the pool over heading down to the sea! We hope to come back soon!

Extremely nice and cozy villas. Clean water in the pool, amazing view. The staff is also very polite and helpful, especially Despina. 100% worth it, it was a nice holliday.

Wow - it was amazing. We have stayed at some pretty special hotels but this was one of the best. From the moment we arrived we had fantastic treatment. Our car was parked for us, our luggage taken to our room and we were given a drink in the gorgeous reception area. Our room was spacious with a balcony, dressing room, huge comfy bed and lovely view. The staff went above and beyond and clearly loved their jobs - nothing was too much trouble. Everything was immaculately clean. We had the 'pop-up' dinner in the vegetable garden one night - we sat at a group table and had plates of food to share all cooked outside over wood and in outdoor ovens and all fresh local produce and great communal dining. Breakfast had a huge self service buffet of fresh produce and amazing cooked to order choice. There is a private beach and you can get a speedboat to Spignalonga island and you can eat a snack lunch on the beach. The pool is heated and the pool area is relaxing and clean. We just loved it all.

The entire concept of the resort is well thought out. Friendly staff – truly everyone, no matter which department. What I personally appreciated was how down-to-earth and pragmatic the staff are. They have solid experience in their respective fields, as well as in dealing with children and families. Throughout my stay, I consistently felt that I was at the center of attention – that the focus was on making sure I felt comfortable. Definitely recommendable!

Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Amazing thought to minor details. Staff very kind to both young and old or anybody needing any help. The staff are very well trained. Lots of local food and wine. Very little waste and thoughts concerning the environment. Wonderful place.
