Decent stay overall. The room was clean and the staff was polite. I would be happy to stay here again.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. I met the whole family that were on shift and were all delightful, they always asked if i was ok and always offered me water. Young solo traveller so felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel is opposite the port and had everything i needed without going far. Great wifi which was important as i had a lot of online work to do. Comfy bed, simple bathroom and a nice balcony with a provided ashtray which many hotels dont allow smoking so was extra plus for me. Would highly reccomend if staying in igoumenista whislt awaiting ferry as i did.

Absolutely perfect! Clean, perfect location, comfortable, and great value. The breakfast was perfect. Thomas on the front desk was very attentive and friendly..He helped with booking our transport to Albania when our Ferry was cancelled. We will be back again.

Cozy and clean room with comfortable beds.You can use secure parking for additional payment. The hotel is near to the ferry and many taverna's and cafeterias.

Very convenient location, near the ferry port, beach, restaurants, shops. Wonderful balcony with sea view. Snow-white linen, cleaning every day. The staff is very friendly.

After nearly five days of driving from the UK to Greece with our nine-month-old, this was our first night of proper relaxation and decompression. We’d made several overnight stops along the way but this one felt like an oasis. We arrived in Igoumenitsa on the night ferry from Brindisi and were greeted by a stunning suite complete with all the amenities we needed. The extra bonus of secure parking was a huge plus. Highly recommended!
