Booking procedure was straightforward. On the day of arrival the host messaged me in advance with instructions and pictures of how to access the keys and how to operate hot water for showering. The place is situated in a plot surrounded by olive trees, it's peacefull and has very nice tables to sit outside. Inside the place was spacious and very clean including the bathroom. It had all comforts and the host included courtesy bottles of water and had an assortment of teas and coffees. There is a kettle and coffee machine to make your own. Heating/cooling with ac. Everything was functional. The host was very responsive to messages throughout my visit and always very polite. Maintained discretion at all times. Thank you very much for your hospitality I look forward to visit again.

The hostess is very nice and helpful; you can always reach her. The location is very good, and the view is perfect..Otherwise, everything is great, and I highly recommend it. The town is very authentic, with its cafes and shops.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful – from the moment we arrived, they made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us with small details throughout our stay. The house itself was spotless and very well equipped; everything you could possibly need was available, which made us feel completely at home. It’s also in an amazing location – just a few steps from the sea. We literally went swimming right across the street! The water was warm, calm, and very clean, perfect for both adults and children. As a family traveling with a 2-year-old, we were especially grateful for the thoughtful touches like the high chair and travel crib provided in the house. These made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. We felt very relaxed, loved every moment here, and would definitely come back again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and family-friendly place by the sea!

Great room with comfy bed, clean room, and facilities. The pool is nice, open all day and the sunbeds are top quality and in the shade. The staff and the owners are really nice. It can be windy some days, but that's a relief from the heat. It's a 5 min car ride from the beautiful port city of Perama.

The family who runs the house is very nice and friendly. The village is ideally located among Mytilene, Plomari and Agiassos and is located just 1km from the sea. The ambience is very cosy. The house is fully renovated at ground floor (kitchen, bathroom, living room) with full amenities ideal for a family. The beds (on the first floor) are very comfortable and big. The 1st floor can easily host 2 couples and one small child. A beautiful paesan style yard with umbrella, table and new outdoor sofa, peacefully located within the neighborhood. Airconditioning of excellent quality available, and also ground fans. Ground floor and first floor are connected with a big and very safe wooden staircase.
