Evi and Igantis were excellent hosts , warm welcome with a cold beer. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was all local produce and plentiful. Both Evi and Ignatis offered their local knowledge to help get the most out of our day. Location was good. We will definitely return.

The hotel has a superb location. It is close to the city center, all the good restaurants (eg Kalderimi 5 minutes by walking), the port (200 m) from and a blue flag beach (300 m). The staff was very helpful, friendly and very polite. The rooms are very clean and complimentary refreshments such as water and soda. could be found in the refrigerator. The breakfast was very rich and everything was tasty and fresh. Although I haven't tried the room service you can always find hot water at the buffet area near the lobby. I loved my stay. It was perfect. I would definitely go back if I visited Lesbos again.

First of all this place is a gem for its people pablos and dmitra. We arrived there late at nightand yet we were greeted very nicely by pablos who offered us cold beers at instance❤️❤️❤️ Then there is dmitra -one of those rare persons whose good intentions and pure soul shine in her eyes…🙏 The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and own balconies. The flora is rich in the garden -bottlebrushes were bloomed when we were there and the typical palms of the island are impressive. I loved it that pablos feeds and takes care of two cutest kittens in the garden🙏the breakfast was modest but the taste of the tomatoes that dmitra picks from the garden are more than enough to make the breakfast a feast. Sigri and hotel orama are perfect for travellers seeking tranquility in a friendly and relaxed environment. Us from turkey felt in company of close friends (comrades:) at omara. Thanks pablos&dmitra, we hope to see you again🙏 Ps. Orama is located in vicinity to museum of petrified forest which is a must see when you visit the island.

Friendly management and excellent service from Lisa and Panos who helped us with our group bookings between Birds Bay and Little Bird, well-specced rooms and hotel guests have preferential poolside seats. The cafe food has a great range and value with very professional service, and there's two good restaurants within 5 min walking distance along the shore. Washing machine and fridge worked well, dishwasher good, and kitchen has filtered water on tap.

The location of this site is impeccable. It is isolated, yet close to both Molyvo and Petra for excursions. It's not walking distance to them, but if you have a car or motorbike it is about a 7 minute drive. Such beautiful views, the pool is amazing, and they have a full bar and food service for the pool. Such an incredible place.

Mytileni has an area which it is called: Λαδαδικα "Ladadika". In there there are cobbles, nice tavernas, cutsie bars, and so on. We liked to enterprised "Ladadika" narrow cobbles with its nice bars under huge trees, and it's tavernas. Also it is worthwhile to visit Mytileni old port. And to visit Mytilini Castle and its Archaeological Museum We liked "Pelagos" restaurant with its live music and its friendly staff. Also it has tasty Greek food. Agios Ermogenis is a nice beach near by

Skala Kallonis is a tiny place located in the coast of Kalloni Bay, which is the greater of two bays in Lesbos. The sea and beaches are charming. There is a port for fishermen's boats and every morning the fishermen return from fishing while cats are waiting for them. They usually fish for sardines which mature in the bay. There are nearly ten restaurants located near the port. We have tried one of them but surely the others are alike. The main dish is grilled sardines but they serve other fishes and different seafood like squid, shrimps, mussels, and vegetable food, too. While you can eat meals in the restaurants, they may serve you snacks and drink from noon to midnight as well as the other snack bars. You may shop from two markets, buy bread from a bakery, which is very old and too close to the port. I strongly advise brown bread of the bakery: it was wonderful. The sea in Skala Kalloni is shallow and clean. The beaches are also quite clean and free, although you are expected to order mini drinks for the sun loungers from the cafes and restaurants they belong to. If we go to Lesbos again, we will definitely stay at Skala Kalloni. Because it is both in a central location on the island and a quiet settlement away from noise and chaos.

Lovely place in amongst beautiful scenery.

Lovely place in amongst beautiful scenery. There are nice places to wander and beaches are easily accessible. Nearby Molyvos can be reached in 20 minutes, absolutely beautiful place and fish at the harbour is an absolute must. Petra has lovely seafront tavernas and bars, Cristos is a must for traditional meat dishes (the kleftiko is the best I've ever tasted) It's pretty easy to get around locally by bus, taxi or the 'choo choo'. If you want to go farther afield perhaps get a car for the monasteries, petrified forest, ouzo factory etc. Definitely not a party town but if you want to just chill this is for you. I have visited quite a number of Greek islands and this is one of my favourites so far.

Worth seeing for some nice beaches or coves around, and going to some nice restaurants. It doesn't seem to retain the old character the way it probably used to, and yet it doesn't offer the vibrancy and / or cultural dynamism that are typical of many other centres on the island (Mytilene, Sigri, Molyvos). It is a bit of a sleepy place, stripped of the working class identity it must have had, and currently seemingly attempting to attract a new wave of tourism that is in a more extractive and shallow mode. It has a lot of potential though, and hope it finds itself and its unique quality again.

I love the boho atmosphere that is captured in every corner of this village. The food is delicious with Greek traditional tastes at reasonable prices, the sea is as cool as it has to be, and the people are kind and welcoming.

Mithimna is old name for Molivos. They call now Molivos.

Mithimna is old name for Molivos. They call now Molivos. Molivos is a nice small village on the north east side of the island. It is very popular among Turks, English, Dutch, German. There are nice souvenior, juwelery shops. I think Molivos provides the highest quality on Island. The restaurants on the harbour are very good. The village is on the hills so there is a good sea view.

Lesbos has a great bus service.

Lesbos has a great bus service. One day I travelled to Petra (not enough time for one day. I would recommend to stay here). I also bussed to Agiosos. There is more to see. You could easy spend a few days on this island. The port itself is vibrant at night time only. I found Lesvos slightly cheaper than other islands

The sea feels like a salty lake.

The sea feels like a salty lake. The water is stagnant so a lot of sea weed grows in it and the color of the sea is grey. The water is warm and shallow. Not for people who loves swimming. Suitable for children.

This is a wonderful hotel located right outside the center...

This is a wonderful hotel located right outside the center of Plomari. It's about a 10 min walk to the main area. Hermes, the host, is incredibly friendly and looking out for each guest's needs. The views from each room are incredible and the rooms are spacious, clean, and lovely. There is a small beach right next to the hotel that is semi-private. I was incredibly pleased with Frini Studios and recommend it highly.

A great place to relax by the beach and enjoy a truly carefree holiday! Everything is a short walk away wherever you stay, everyone is very friendly, and there are so many options for food and drink. You don't even need to change out of your swimming suit, which is certainly what I do whenever I visit Skala Eresou. Expect you'll spend a lot of the day on the beach, only a small part of which is organised with parasols and loungers. It's advisable to bring mats and parasols or take advantage of the small areas between seafront restaurants where you can find some shade. In terms of restaurants, I would recommend MasaBouka for souvlaki and grilled meat, the tavernas Soulatso and Gorgona for excellent grilled fish and seafood, the Gyalos cafe for massive and tasty breakfast, but also brunch and coffee anytime. Shop for beautiful ceramic jewellery at Motivo. Watch the magical sunset from hotel Sappho. Have excellently prepared cocktails at Parasol and Notia Jazz Bar. And finally, consider also catching a movie at the traditional open-air summer cinema Sappho, smelling of honeysuckle and fresh popcorn - the quintessential Greek summer experience!
