Mithimna is old name for Molivos. They call now Molivos.
Mithimna is old name for Molivos. They call now Molivos. Molivos is a nice small village on the north east side of the island. It is very popular among Turks, English, Dutch, German. There are nice souvenior, juwelery shops. I think Molivos provides the highest quality on Island. The restaurants on the harbour are very good. Lots of tavernas and bars both on the harbour and in the town. There are several small supermarkets which stock a big variety, but don't think Waitrose. We liked the Tropicana platanos taverna, the seahorse hotel (to eat) and the bakery. On the negative side you will leave Molivos fitter than when you arrived. i loved molivos so much to do, the people were great and the food delicious - try going to Castro restaurant for a delicous Pizza and a drink! and ask the owner to play backgamman/Tavli !! a real Greek experiance

Panoramic 2 floor house apartments with separate entrance, 2 terraces and astonishing sea view. Hosts are very hospitable and food at the pool is super delicious. Pool closes at 8 o'clock so you can relax peacefully on your terrace in the evening.
