We spent a full week at Altana hotel and had a wonderful stay, definitely would recommend this place for Tinos. The hotel is located close to the town and we walked about 20mins to be at the port/in the town - the place to be at night. There is also a bus station infront of the hotel, but we walked everywhere. The breakfast in the hotel was amazing! It had a lot of options and a high quality. Variety of fruits, nuts, cheeses, and bread…a lot of local products. For breakfast there was a beautiful terrace to sit outside and overlook the sea. The room interior is in the cycladic style, light & airy. It has all necessities and we felt very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily (unless we didn‘t want to) with new towels also brought daily. During our stay Angela was giving us a lot of tips on where to go and we were always chatting nicely with her before/after breakfast. She and Clea were always friendly and helpful. Infront of the hotel there were free parking spots from the hotel. A few km northwest there are several nice beaches to reach by feet. Tavernas were also nearby. The reception provided medical hand sanitizer, which we highly appreciated for disinfection before entering our rooms. Overall we enjoyed this stay to the fullest and found a great deal that we would like to visit again!

Fabulous in every respect. This is a small family run hotel of 6 suites. We had a wonderful welcome from ‘Mama’ mother of Anthony (owner) & their staff. They could not have done more for us. It felt like we were guests in their home. Excellent breakfast offering a variety of local foods. Great information on places to visit. The whole stay could not have been improved. Thank you Anthony, Mama & ladies.

The property is just a dream, the facilities incredible and the location awesome. What made our stay stunning was the professionalism, the friendliness, how attentive and fantastic the staff was. Always cordial and smiling. Great job

Although Tripotamos is very small and there are few facilities in the village, the main town is only 10 minutes away by car. The place is reached by parking in the village lot & then making your way through wonderful quaint alleyways and arches. It has been beautifully restored by the owners architect mother. The owner Sofia has a passion for the island and goes over and above with her enthusiasm to ensure her guests are well informed about everything.
