Very clean, very good hotel, close to the Botanical Garden and very fresh & tasty breakfast in beautiful scenery, highly recommended! The hotel was so nice, so clean, and so pleasant, and the hotel stuff so helpful and friendly, so that I have extended my stay, and definietly I will be back next year! Great place for nature lovers, and Spili in general, loved it! :-)

The staff in charge of cleaning is perfect, everything is very tidy. The food is excellent.

There might be accommodations in Rethymno with better facilities than this. But finding a place with friendlier staff than here won't be easy. Thank you to all the staff members.

Nice small hotel, close to city center. We had room for 3, it was big enough and had very nice balcony. Stuff was nice and helpful, room cleaned every day. Breakfast was typical for 3* hotel, fresh and tasty but same every day. Hotel has small swimming pool but we didn’t use it. Would recommend it!

Staff were wonderful. We had a problem with the room allocated to us on arrival. One phone call to the desk and it was sorted

The location although at first getting to our rooms in another building was complicated. Hafiz was a great help with our luggage. The food in the dining room was excellent. And Kyriakou made us - just as he did everyone else feel so personally welcome.

Hotel facilities and services were exceptional. Staff at this hotel were of a high standard. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Perfect location, very close to the beach and to the center, very friendly and smiling team, tasty food, playground and pool for kids, and beautiful views! we really enjoyed our time at Ibiscos, it just made our vacations with the kids in Rethymno perfect!

We loved the outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived – the staff was always attentive and greeted us with a warm smile, regularly checking if we needed anything. The à la carte restaurant (Chef’s) was absolutely delicious, accompanied by wonderful live music. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with its variety and quality. We stayed in three different types of rooms, all of which were comfortable and well-maintained. The pool area was fantastic, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay.

We had the suite with 2 bedrooms and living room on the 8th floor. Fantastic terrace with a great view. All rooms have access to the terrace so no need to go through other rooms. Staff was very nice, breakfast was great. Pool was good. Will for sure come back here.

Our experience at Jason Hotel was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff who truly went above and beyond. After missing our ferry, they quickly arranged a last-minute transfer with impeccable communication, easing what could have been a stressful situation. Their patience and willingness to help were evident throughout our stay. When I fell ill during the trip, they were incredibly accommodating, arranging for me to stay in different rooms to ensure my friends remained healthy. The level of care and attention we received was unmatched. I can’t recommend Jason Hotel enough for their extraordinary service and dedication to their guests' comfort.

Very clean rooms, well equiped and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of healthy options. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. No noise coming in from the road or the adjacent rooms. Overall a great experience.
