Everything was perfect! The room was clean, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful, friendly and always willing to offer advice and recommendations about the island.

We had an excellent time at Naias. The hotel was quiet and clean, very nice. Great location, in a lovely little town. The host was very accomodating, and very nice. We appreciated the bottle of wine too!

This is a very nice small hotel in a great location on the harbour front of Livadi, the port of Serifos island. The rooms are very comfortable, with all amenities and a great view over the harbour. There's even a small balcony for you to sit out and watch the world go by. Sakis the hotel receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful about anything you might need during your stay, and the location is central, in the middle of all the shops and restaurants but at night once you close your door it is very quiet. Chill and Co restaurant downstairs is also great for coffee, breakfast and lunch.

Absolutely perfect location right on the beach front with free access to sunbeds and minutes from plenty of shops and restaurants. It was clean, quiet and had incredible views of the ocean. The highlight though were the hosts and staff who were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a great day at the beach right outside our rooms. I could not recommend this place enough and wish we had stayed longer.

Waking up on the beach, kind host

A place that doesn’t compete with nature. It breathes with it. A true gem. We had such a relaxing time from the moment we stepped onto the property, where we were greeted with a huge smile by George. Shortly afterwards, we met Efi, who was in charge of the delicious breakfasts. It immediately felt warm, almost like we had known them for a long time. Lying in bed and reading a book while listening to the ocean, watching the light gently move across the ceiling, and enjoying the breathtaking views… it is simply out of this world. The owner, Michalis, also came to greet us. He has such a lovely vibe and is incredibly easygoing and welcoming. Hearing the story of how Perma came to be was truly inspiring. George was attentive from the very first moment, and his calm energy instantly put us at ease. His aura is so warm and peaceful, and he was always happy to help with all of our questions. Perma is a beautiful property with beautiful people. Thank you George, Efi and Michalis, for making our stay unforgettable and for spreading such great vibes. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to seeing you again!
