Location is excellent. This is an unpreetentious accommodation in a very good and quiet side of the island. The furniture is not the newest but the room has everything you need. Excellent value for money (price is the lowest in the area) and I am happy to have found this low budget option.Will return soon!

First of all the host- Mr. Kyryakos - he did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Picked us from the ferry, allowed us to keep the room beyond the usual check-out time (11:00) because our ferry was later that day, and took us to the port when we left. In the morning he provided us with some freshly-baked Greek pastries that were very much appreciated. The room was clean, hot water was running and the place was quiet - a 10 minute walk from the port/ bus stop to the Chora and 4 minutes to the beach.

Everything was perfect! Near the beach and restaurants without the hustle of the port. Helena welcomed us very warmly and gave us great tips about the island.

All you could need for a comfortable stay on beautiful Serifos. Plenty of space in the room and on the terrace; everything one needs to cook if that is what you want; great shower pressure; efficient air con and if there is anything you need, just ask the wonderful Mr Kiriakos and it will be there. The gorgeous Lividakia beach is a 4 minute walk away and lively but relaxing Livadi port just 10 minutes.
