Location right on the beach with designated sun beds. Very clean hotel with lovely owners who do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Views from our room were fabulous.

Very friendly staff, great location, nice extras like the kitchen in the lobby and free coffee you can have, it is very close to the beach and the rest of the town. It was also quiet enough and clean.

Location is excellent. This is an unpreetentious accommodation in a very good and quiet side of the island. The furniture is not the newest but the room has everything you need. Excellent value for money (price is the lowest in the area) and I am happy to have found this low budget option.Will return soon!

The host Vagelis and his family are amazing. The location is spot on, cannot get better than this in Livadi. The room and the bathroom are perfect, like brand new. There's fridge, nespresso machine, cattle etc. You will get a complimentary bottle of water along with nespresso caps, milk, sugar for as long as you stay. The rooms are cleaned every single day. The bed and pillows are so comfy. Shall I add a free beach towel if you need one. Highly recommended.

Great location, clean and spacious room with a lovely veranda. The host was super nice and his help was much appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer.
