This was a fantastic property! We rented both apartments and there was plenty of space for us - four adults and two children. It was hot during our stay but the garden always had a shady spot and the property was generally cool, especially with the fans. The location can't really be beaten - you really are just a few steps from the sea. Maria was responsive and friendly as a host - even helping us out when we accidentally locked ourselves out of one of the apartments. The property is excellent value for money.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Nicolas Hotel. The view from the terraces is incredible, and the location is exceptionally quiet and peaceful. The rooms are small but very clean and equipped with everything you need. There’s a shared kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. Otherwise, there are several excellent taverns and a store nearby. The host is extremely helpful and friendly. There’s a small beach right next to the hotel; the sea is quite calm—there are no waves on this shore. There are numerous small, secluded beaches you can visit. Keep in mind that some of them are unorganized. If you’re a fan of luxury and lively entertainment, this might not be the place for you. If you value peace and quiet and beautiful nature without sacrificing modern amenities—be sure to visit this place.

Quiet village in first week of July.

Quiet village in first week of July. We stayed for 5 nights and that was just right to be able to relax and see the west coast of Pelion. Small shop in village stocks essentials. 2 tavernas and one cafe by the beach - all very good quality and recommended.

A small sea side village with sea front tavernas, a small supermarket that sold fresh bread and pasties daily as well as fruit & veg. A cafe near by, a place to hire canoes & SUP. The village is en route for the traveling veg & fruit trucks. Water is translucent and the bay is sheltered.

Very beautiful and calm sea. Very positive experience from the hotel itself, it's really relaxing. We've got a car, so we can move around a bit for the evenings. Without it it may be a bit boring for long stays. Take into account, we've stayed the second week of September. There were not too much people, but tavernas and shops in the nearest village were opened still. The season is ending starting the second half of September, as I got it. And take snorkeling mask with you, it's really worth to try there!

Melies is absolutely the best place to stay on Pelion. This was our third trip to Chorto, but our first time at Melies, and it exceeded all expectations. The owner, Stathis, and his family and staff are amazing, and the apartments are beautiful. The beach and food are outstanding, and Stathis himself is not only warm and welcoming but also a talented chef. The interior of the rooms and the beach spot with chairs and tables are stunning. We will definitely return!

One of the best accommodations in the charming Chorto; Suite with sea view, terrace, living room and bedroom - no. 3. Impeccable cleanliness, new furniture, towels changed daily. Fair price quality/services. One of the most relaxing and pleasant places we stayed in Greece. Super welcoming hosts, true homemakers, you can see that they put their heart into everything they do.

Very comfortable apartment in an ideal location between Milina & Chorto with a fabulous view out over the Pagasetic Golf. It has easy access to all areas of the southern end of the Pelion peninsula and we would definitely return to Notus Villa if we come back to the area. And to cap it all, Eleni was a wonderful host and provided us with a great welcome.
