We loved the studio, it was spacious enough, clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and also, the host, Mina waited for us with the air conditioning on:)) He is just one messages or phone call away, very helpful and nice. I loved most the terrace and the garden full of figs. The property is located in Lassis most energetic and touristic area, it is very convenient if you plan for strolls/ drinks in the afternoon or at night. Also, one 20-30 min stroll away from the Argostoli centre and just 5 min (600m) away from Makris Gialos beach (very nice, big and popular one).

What's not to like? Friendly staff and very helpful. Rooms were nice and confortable. Clean. The view from our balcony gave us a perfect view of the sunset. luckily the manager was kind enough to upgrade our room from garden to Seaview for FREE.

We have visited Lassi many times and we have returned...

We have visited Lassi many times and we have returned because it has all the elements of a great holiday. A good variety of beaches offering good swimming, snorkeling and facilities, many accessible by foot as well as car. The resort is laid back and spread out, it does not feel busy, although there are a good range of restaurants, supermarket and shops. There are also pleasant places to walk, particularly round the Fanari area. A key advantage is the proximity to Argostoli, particularly at the end of the season, we always know that if we need any shopping or more variety of restaurants and shops, it is a short drive or taxi-ride away. It also offers a lovely harbour area for a nice stroll.

Not posh or pretentious.

Not posh or pretentious. Good for a relaxing holiday rather than a one with wild nightlife or prestigious restaurants or exclusive beach clubs. Seemed safe. Most people would go into Argostoli during there trip rather than just stay in Lassi all the time, as it is larger and has many more shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. Taxis between Lassi and Argostoli are not very expensive.

Always love returning to Lassi, small enough resort to be peaceful with enough restaurants and a couple of decent bars for variety, the beaches are stunning and the food available for lunch is fantastic, we love Lassi!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed at Irini Apartments. The host was incredibly kind and informative, taking the time to give us all the details we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Every question we had—before and during the trip—was answered quickly and clearly, showing just how responsive and attentive they are. The apartment itself was spotless and kept immaculately clean every single day. It’s rare to find a place maintained to such high standards! We felt completely comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend Irini Apartments for anyone visiting Kefalonia. The hospitality and cleanliness were truly top-notch!

We didn’t see a lot of the main area of Lassi as a very short stay in the area. Lassi main town has lots of restaurants and bars and very busy and buzzy with the main road running through the centre so a lot of traffic passing through, plenty of taxis and reasonable price. We didn’t have the opportunity to visit the beaches so cannot comment. Pleased we stayed away from main town area in tranquil spot but within a short but a bit steep walk into town but no problem with regular taxis. Lassi hotel was lovely with beautiful views and very quiet

Me and my friends (all 18) travelled to Kefalonia for our first solo girls trip. We were nervous coming into it but the staff were so accommodating and helpful that we soon felt at home. The hotel was such an excellent location for walking everywhere, when trying to travel cheaply like us, and with a beach 5 minutes away and an onsite pool we didn’t suffer in the heat at all. Thank you to all the staff, such a lovely community!

Very central to Lassi, close to beach and bars but just far enough away to ensure it’s peaceful at night. Apartment was so clean, had everything you need for a holiday, amazing value and lots of space. Real bonus to be told we could use Thalassa boutique hotel next door, which is a spotlessly clean hotel with a lovely and quiet pool.

We will always come back to Minas Studios. It feels like home away from home. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. The location is perfect for both the beach and the restaurants/bars. We honestly don’t think you’ll be able to find better in Lassi, Kefalonia. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here
