This is one of those rare places that reminds you why you travel. The sea is literally a few steps away-close enough that the view becomes part of your day from the moment you wake up. The setting is so peaceful and within seconds you are already on the beach. But.... what truly makes the place special is the host' s generosity. Arriving to a fridge filled with thoughtfull provisions felt less like checking into rental and more like being welcomed as a guest. The host Dimitris was so helpful that I eventually ran out of things to ask for.😄 The port 900m away, so you can get to the Evia island for a trip. The hot springs near by , Simple, beautiful and genuinely memorable! Thank you Dimitris🙏

The location was great for us because it was out of season. Kamitsa is a ferry port so in season it is likely to be heaving with tourist traffic. For us it was ideal with a number of beaches and taverns a close by within a five to twenty minutes stroll. The owners were very helpful and the private off road parking a real benefit.
