Everything was perfect! Comfortable and clean rooms, very kind people, beautiful view from the room and terrace over de sea in front of Kokkari, the breakfast was nice and the location perfect. Both Maria’s were very helpful at the reception, they even provided tips for activities, hikes and restaurants. Sitting at the terrace in the evening is very relaxing with such a nice view. 10/10

Excellent place for a family. The place was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The staff were kind and tending. The location is great, close to the beach and far from the main hassle.

Well equipped, clean and quiet rooms. The beds are very comfortable (not hard at all like some hotels have, you know the ones where you feel the springs in your spine when laying on your back). Also no end plate on the beds which makes it perfect for longer people like myself. Excellent swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and an awesome view of the mountains.

Sophia and Christos were the most amazing hosts you could wish for. Incredible but true: you come in as a quest but leave as a friend. You learn about Samos and his culture, you enjoy the clear blue water on your private beach and you feel the warmth of the hosts. When you go home it feels too soon and you will miss the delicious things for breakfast. Thankful for the wonderful memory we took home.

The pool and the breakfast were great. The staff was really nice and I would come back with my girlfriend.

A place in an incredibly beautiful location. Very close walking distance to the beach and eating and drinking places. I can say it is the most beautiful location of Kokkarin. Charlie, the owner of the hotel and his employees Vangelitsa and Adel are very friendly and friendly people. I enjoyed chatting with them very much. I came to this island alone and left with good friendships thanks to them. I can give the following details about the hotel; Their understanding of service is very good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Even the housekeepers are very friendly and understanding. When you ask for something, they fulfill it immediately. They solve every problem in a short time. As for the bar and kitchen, they are also excellent. I loved the cheese burger and the tuna salad. I thought, how can a salad be so delicious and satisfying? I salute Vangelitsa who gave me great advice on food:) Oh and I would also like you to try the rose wine Charlie recommended. It's very soft inside. And now it's time to say goodbye to this quiet and peaceful hotel with a wonderful view...I hope to see you again. I had a wonderful four days. I thank everyone who interested me. Love Charlie 🫶

5 star hotel, 5 star staff ! Exceptional stay, great location, clean and hosts Stamatia and Kostas were the most friendly and accommodating that I have ever encountered - always with a smile and super helpful.

It is always good to return to Lemos hotel. Wonderful location with seaview. The cleaning lady is the best and we absolutely love Thespina the owner of Leno's. We.feel very special when we stay at your hotel. See you next year
