The best hotel we’ve stayed at. Absolutely incredible. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Already thinking about our next trip at Canale. The hotel is beautiful and clean but the staff is what truly sets Canale apart from every other luxury 5 star hotel. The staff is absolutely incredible; kind, knowledgeable and always ready to help. We made good use of our swim up room. The gardens are full of colourful perennials in a natural style, absolutely beautiful landscaping. Breakfast had everything you could possibly wish for. Of note was the reception area. The staff were so welcoming and at night all the candles were lit on the bookshelves, very atmospheric, as was the lighting in the grounds and around the pools.

First and foremost, the staff is AMAZING! Everything was so smooth starting from the check-in where we were welcomed with fresh lemonade, which was a great touch during hot summer day. Later we were surprised with a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. In fact, we were upgraded again the last day to a room with a sea view. What can i ask for more? ❤️ People at the reception were so awesome helping us with everyday questions and finding places. Thanks for making our holiday FANTASTIC I REALLY do hope to come back!

We stayed only one night after a long journey by plane. Everything was fine. The room was very clean, it had a nice balcony, the bed was confortable and shower/toilet very clean.
