We stayed in this place 4 days at October. Our room was 2 bedroom + saloon and it was very large. Easily 4 people can stay in 4 people room. There was refrigerator and oven & cooker which was so important for us. It has 2 balconies which was so confortable to sit and pass time. Location is in the center of Kampos close to very nice beaches. Price was also good. Probably we will stay there next year too if we visit Samos however Greece gave us only single entry visa. If it was multi we can come this place again and again.

Accommodation as we expected, but what impressed us most was the care and service we received during our stay. The care was outstanding – it was the best we had ever experienced.We felt so pampered and cared for, it was like nothing we'd ever experienced before! All this, combined with the outstanding nature of the place, made our stay truly unforgettable. The view from the accommodation was absolutely incredible! Sitting on the terrace and admiring both the sea and the mountains at the same time was an experience we will never forget.

Lovely place, extremely friendly owners, great views and the cutest well-equipped apartment. We regretted that we were on such a tight schedule and that we arrived exhausted, otherwise we would have tried the food which looked (and smelled) delicious. However, we got 2 croissants for our drive which was very sweet :) We’ll be back!

Jota and her husband have created this place from scratch 30 years ago into a little paradise with love and attention for every detail, and it shows. The apartments and lush gardens around it are well taken care of and immaculate . Being located at the edge of the village and on an elevation my apartment had both great sea view and mountain view. the hosts are very welcoming and make you feel at home.

The hotel was in a central location, very close to restaurants and markets. It was considered to be right next to the sea. The rooms were large and clean. We had two balconies, one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the mountain. The hotel's pool was also very enjoyable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Fatos. Marathokampos is a quiet, peaceful place to go to relax. I recommend.

The three owners are extremely friendly, fulfilled my every wish and spoiled me with gifts. Communication was flawless. The studio was very clean und equipped with everything i needed. There was even room service several times, although I only stayed for a few days. The view from the studio is breathtaking, the location is quiet and yet only a few minutes by car from restaurants, shops, beaches and hiking trails. I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much for everything!

Although it is far from the center, the location is great, 100 meters from the beach.The sea is much more beautiful on this side of the island.The facility is very clean, the lady working is very polite and friendly.We were absolutely satisfied. I would like to stay again.

We had a great time. Mr Gratciano, the property manager/ host was incredibly helpful, attentive, and quick to respond to any of our questions. The property was clean, well equipped, and perfectly located. Highly recommend.

Perfect apartments, very friendly owner, very clean, nice lovely swimming pool, beach bar and excellent food! My girlfriend and I stayed for 8 nights and it was fantastic. Our room was basic but well equipped and clean. It had a little kitchen with fridge, separate bathroom with toilet and shower. Also a nice balcony with view of the sea. We enjoyed some sunset sessions on the balcony. We never tried the breakfast but from what we saw from other tables, the breakfast looked legendary. One night, we decided to grab something from restaurant and ate it in our room, the chicken breast was perfect and the portion is enough kind of almost for two people. If I visit again Samos, I will definitely stay in here again. If you need to rent a car, ask the owner he will help you with good prices. It was really nice when you enjoy the moment while cats and kittens around. And thanks a lot to Anna to wash our clothes. She helped us a lot, big heart!

The long beach is great.

The long beach is great. Development of shops and bars is strung out along it - no village feel, some places a bit run down (was end of season). The absence of buses means dependence on taxis if you don't have a car

What a lovely stay!

What a lovely stay! Everything was truly perfect — from the cozy apartment to the peaceful area. Giannis made us feel right at home with her warmth and care. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

the little town we were with a harbor staying at cleopatra...

the little town we were with a harbor staying at cleopatra studios is very greek with 6-8 restaurants, a pebble beach, a supermarket - very nice area. Be aware that if you want to go to the next city, lying just west from here there is mountain way - so you need a car to get around. The city next to where we stayed is very tourist with restaurants and bars along the beach road. can recommend you to go up north to a mountain city - ask the people, I have forgotten the name of the city. There are several artists and 2 restaurants up there. Very nice.

Thanks to great service, delicious food and wonderful staff we will come back to Marathokampos, soon! This place should be up-ranked! The wonderful manager showed us around the hotel one night and the kitchen - were great food was cooked every evening by him! His wonderful wife upgrade us to a room - with jacuzzi our last night. It was Amazing! So thankful for the days we spend here. /Amanda & Filip. T

Ormos is a very pretty working village, very laid back.

Ormos is a very pretty working village, very laid back. It is a great location for the South Coast, car hire essential. The best beach is at Limnionas, free quality sunbeds at The Nereides providing you spend 5 Euro on drinks. We can recommend the Vangellis & Despina fishing trip ( 45 Euro per head) which includes BBQ of fresh fish + salads /Wine & fruit, great fun but it needs booking as they only take a max of 12 guests per day, Their Tel no is on a post next to the boat at the end of the Harbour.

One of the best places I have ever visited.

One of the best places I have ever visited. All the places at Marathokampos (shoping, eating, drinking, car rental places etc.) were wonderful. The taste of the foods were unforgetable (not only seafood but also meat). The best rate is for hospitality of people living at Marathokampos. If anyone thinking about visit to Marathokampos, no need to think or wonder even one second, just go.

Location is spot on. Only a short walk down the road and steps into Ormos for excellent shop, bakery, bars and restaurants. Stayed in the quadruple room very spacious. Balcony was literally the best in Ormos view was stunning. Pool was great and kept clean. Cleaners visited the apartment a few times which was great. Great staff very friendly and laid back. Parking within yards of the private entrance. Would be hard pushed to find a better place in the whole of Samos! Will definitely return...
