Staff is super nice ,territory is clean and very green , rooms are clean every day , great view and perfect location of hotel

The rooms were beautifully clean and very large. The pools and outside areas were also kept to a high standard and the staff were always happy to help with anything needed. The food and drinks provided with all included were a good standard, especially considering what we paid for our stay.

First of all, we did not have in any way specific needs, the hotel advertises itself as 4*, but is more of a 3* at the moment. Reception: Nice, friendly, we were supposed to arrive at 14, arrived 11:55, check in js at 15. We got our all-inc bands immediately and the room key (physical key, only one for 2 people) in 15 minutes, 10/10 experience. Duvet on request (by default you have only a bed sheet on top of you) in the middle of the night, no problems. Rooms: Small, minimalistic. No place to sit, small 50cm table, table and chairs only on the balcony. AC working, balcony had insect net, but there is a pretty big gap under main door. Dark curtains were perfect, no light coming inside. Kettle only available upon request w/deposit, no coffee maker in the room. "Minibar" consists of 2x0.5l bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival only. Fridge is hardwired to "away" electricity switch, so not chilling when the room is locked. Hotel area: Small, construction work being done all the time, non-disruptive. Everything nicely together, dining room/bar/pool, so you don't have to take an uber from a pool to your room as in other resorts. Pool area is nice, plenty of beds, umbrellas, everything pretty clean, small amount of debris/insects in the pool throughout the day, could be cleaned more than just in the morning, otherwise all good. Location: Quiet neighborhood, beach a few meters away, one small tourist shop, which is great if you dont like snacks and drinks in the hotel. I understand for certain clientele, it is enough, and maintains the cost/value ratio, but i've seen better 3*s in this price range.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location with sea view. The room was comfortable with a great view from the balcony. The housekeeping does an amazing job maintaining the public areas and the room, they do clean it every day. The breakfast & dinner was an American Buffet with plenty of choices and fresh ingredients. The staff as well was very accommodating in everything i needed. Special thank you to Anna & Eugenia for their smile and professionalism.

An excellent hotel with super staff, including reception, restaurant manager and the cleaning lady. All did their best. The hotel is fresh renovated with a big beautiful area. The food is quite good for all inclusive and a wonderful beach is several minutes away. We returned during 2 months and it was really worth it.

Brand new very clean. Minimal but comfortable and tasteful. The couch-bed definitely opens and is comfortable. Quiet location. Value for money. Polite staff. Beach 1 km away not too crowded and beautiful.

Location is great, near a salt lake, sea is 8-10 minutes away on foot. Nice rooms in small houses, beautiful vegetation around, pool, everything is clean, breakfast is included, though it is nothing special (but fruits are great).

Everyone was extremely nice, food was absolutely delicious, drinks in all inclusive also very good. Pools were very clean, beach was 3 minutes walking distance from rooms in the end of hotel area. Evening shows and day time activities also super good. Room was clean, we were having afternoon nap and couldn’t really hear noise from outside (our room was close to swimming pool). Everyone was very helpful. Minimarket was well equipped. In general both adults and our 8 year old girl were very satisfied about staying!

Loved everything! Such good value for money, always so many food options. Staff are so lovely! Pool area is great! Showers are really good pressure. Great location, easy to get a bus into kos. Very good experience overall.

Exceptional! The staff deserves special praise, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. We were welcomed with drinks upon arrival, and there was a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the room, which was such a lovely touch. We also appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided for guests, including sun hats, a beach bag, and flip-flops. These little details really made our stay feel special and showed how much attention the hotel pays to its guests’ comfort. The hotel itself is superb, beautifully maintained, and has a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also celebrated birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebrations even more memorable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and thoughtful personal touches made our holiday truly special. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this hotel!

Location ist goog near to beach.Pool amazing,bar services very good.Food was also good.Accomodation perfect.We would like to come back to Gaia Village in future.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we were personally escorted to the room with a warm smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged—from the plush bedding to the complimentary refreshments. The view from the window was just breathtaking-seaview, and made the mornings so refreshing. What really stood out was the service. Every member of the team was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or the concierge, their professionalism and friendliness made a huge difference.

The rooms and facilities were excellent. Also staff were very helpful. Also the location is very good, close to shops, restaurants, pubs, public transport and the beach.

Had a lovely 3 nights. We were just B and B. Had a meal one evening. Very nice and good value. Location is lovely. Also just 20min bus ride to Kos town.

We stayed for 3 nights the stay was amazing and so was reception, we loved the room we got it had a nice view from the balcony. We loved the cafe bar in front of the hotel as well, the people there were lovely. Definitely would come back again!
