The rooms were beautifully clean and very large. The pools and outside areas were also kept to a high standard and the staff were always happy to help with anything needed. The food and drinks provided with all included were a good standard, especially considering what we paid for our stay.

First of all, we did not have in any way specific needs, the hotel advertises itself as 4*, but is more of a 3* at the moment. Reception: Nice, friendly, we were supposed to arrive at 14, arrived 11:55, check in js at 15. We got our all-inc bands immediately and the room key (physical key, only one for 2 people) in 15 minutes, 10/10 experience. Duvet on request (by default you have only a bed sheet on top of you) in the middle of the night, no problems. Rooms: Small, minimalistic. No place to sit, small 50cm table, table and chairs only on the balcony. AC working, balcony had insect net, but there is a pretty big gap under main door. Dark curtains were perfect, no light coming inside. Kettle only available upon request w/deposit, no coffee maker in the room. "Minibar" consists of 2x0.5l bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival only. Fridge is hardwired to "away" electricity switch, so not chilling when the room is locked. Hotel area: Small, construction work being done all the time, non-disruptive. Everything nicely together, dining room/bar/pool, so you don't have to take an uber from a pool to your room as in other resorts. Pool area is nice, plenty of beds, umbrellas, everything pretty clean, small amount of debris/insects in the pool throughout the day, could be cleaned more than just in the morning, otherwise all good. Location: Quiet neighborhood, beach a few meters away, one small tourist shop, which is great if you dont like snacks and drinks in the hotel. I understand for certain clientele, it is enough, and maintains the cost/value ratio, but i've seen better 3*s in this price range.

Perfect location- right on the most beautiful beach surrounded by lovely restaurants and a couple of great shops. Never felt too busy, we could always get loungers by the pool and on the beach no matter the time of day. super friendly helpful staff, who would go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. Pool was amazing and stay was a really reasonable price.

We loved this oasis of a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning of our stay. Nothing was an issue for them and they had great recommendations for what to see on the island. This resort, however, is that kind of place where you will want to spend the majority of your stay at Kos. The beach was splendid, with great views, clean water and sand, and very comfy beach loungers. The walk to the beach through the sand dunes was a bliss on its own. The pool was also very nice, clean and comfy and when it was a little windy (mind you, it was the end of October), the pool offered a cozy alternative to the beach. The room itself is beautifully designed, the beds are comfy, and there all the amenities you may need. We really enjoyed the outside area of our room/bungalow with lots of options to sit, lay, chill, do yoga. One could also take a quick dip in the shared pool. There were days where we left the room only to go to eat something because we didn't feel like leaving this home away from home. Food options were solid. Breakfast was truly amazing, featuring local and fresh produce. The other food options were also yummy, albeit a little expensive. Last but not least, we found it really lovely that the hotel organized all sorts of cozy and laid back events, such as movie nights, free yoga classes and more. We will definitely come back.

Everything was excellent – the hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It fully justifies its price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I would especially like to praise the restaurant manager for his outstanding service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Had a lovely 3 nights. We were just B and B. Had a meal one evening. Very nice and good value. Location is lovely. Also just 20min bus ride to Kos town.
