This is my second stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the harbor and beach. Everything you need is in the room, and the balcony has a view of the harbor and castle. We had a wonderful time, even if it was just for one night. The receptionist, Mr. Kostas, was very helpful and very polite. Thank you.

We loved this oasis of a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning of our stay. Nothing was an issue for them and they had great recommendations for what to see on the island. This resort, however, is that kind of place where you will want to spend the majority of your stay at Kos. The beach was splendid, with great views, clean water and sand, and very comfy beach loungers. The walk to the beach through the sand dunes was a bliss on its own. The pool was also very nice, clean and comfy and when it was a little windy (mind you, it was the end of October), the pool offered a cozy alternative to the beach. The room itself is beautifully designed, the beds are comfy, and there all the amenities you may need. We really enjoyed the outside area of our room/bungalow with lots of options to sit, lay, chill, do yoga. One could also take a quick dip in the shared pool. There were days where we left the room only to go to eat something because we didn't feel like leaving this home away from home. Food options were solid. Breakfast was truly amazing, featuring local and fresh produce. The other food options were also yummy, albeit a little expensive. Last but not least, we found it really lovely that the hotel organized all sorts of cozy and laid back events, such as movie nights, free yoga classes and more. We will definitely come back.

Awesome location to Kos Old town and the port. Right across from the beach. Rooms very clean and lots of space. Amazing selection at the breakfast buffet. Would recommend this accomodation.

We had such a peaceful and calming stay at Koia—pure serenity from start to finish. The food was fresh and delicious, a real highlight of our trip. We felt so welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff. The private beach is just awesome! A perfect escape—we left relaxed and already dreaming of coming back.

Everything was excellent – the hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It fully justifies its price. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and I would especially like to praise the restaurant manager for his outstanding service and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Amazing stay – clean, welcoming and great location! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The entire place was very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and kept everything spotless – hygiene was clearly a top priority. The location is excellent – just a short walk from both the city center and the beach, which made exploring and relaxing super easy. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of!

Perfect location- right on the most beautiful beach surrounded by lovely restaurants and a couple of great shops. Never felt too busy, we could always get loungers by the pool and on the beach no matter the time of day. super friendly helpful staff, who would go above and beyond to make sure you have a good stay. Pool was amazing and stay was a really reasonable price.

We really liked the hotel. The reception staff always responded online and also arranged a timely airport transfer. We had a great sea view and wonderful, fresh, delicious breakfasts. Everything else was great!

Easy to find, the room was cleaned every day, they refill the shampoo when you run out. The owner gave us a free breakfast one day. When you need them you just call them and it takes them only a minute.

The staff were so friendly, the place is very well thought of and everything is comftrable and clean

I liked the cleanliness. I truly appreciate it and want to make the best compliments to housekeeping as often in 5 star hotels and 4 stars you will find some mold in the angles of the shower, but here it was all very white and clean. Air-conditioning was new, beds comfortable, reception and bar staff kind and helpful. We left early for the boat and didn't try breakfast
