The location in a quiet road within five minute walk of many bars, Tavernas and supermarket. The place was spotlessly clean and staff friendly. When I got food poisoning the night before I was due to fly home I had no trouble booking extra nights to enable me to recover.

Kos town is an amazing place to visit. We were staying in Port House in the centre of town, excellent for access to port & boats for various trips. Within a minutes walk from all the streets filled with places to eat & shop. Also a few minutes from local bus station which is excellent to allow you explore al the island cheaply. With bicycles to rent it was also convenient to see all of Kos town as well as nearby beached.

We spent two nights and one day eating and at the beach in Kos town, in the area where the harbour is. When we decided to drive to Agios Stefanos, Antimachia and Zia, we saw much better beaches, much prettier cities and, most of all MUCH CHEAPER places!! Dinners in Kos were sooo overpriced and honestly, the food tasted horribly even in the restaurant with best reviews. Avoid this place at all costs if you can!

Bike hire was a must and cheap, good cycle paths.
Bike hire was a must and cheap, good cycle paths. Food was always good and relatively cheap. People were very friendly. Weather was fab, very hot but with a "Summer Wind" 15th June to 22 June. 16-21 yrs olds did the 3 Island boat trip - best money they spent!

Not too small - lots of things to see and do.
Not too small - lots of things to see and do. Not too large - had a great island feel everywhere! Not crowded - one of the lesser known islands, yet…it has everything to satisfy every taste - beautiful secluded and organized beaches, excellent network of bicycle paths, great nightlife, thermal springs, archaeological sites, mountain villages and fantastic views! Lots of surrounding islands for day cruises or island hopping. The local residents are very hospitable and proud of their island. I would never hesitate to revisit Kos.

The town was lovely. Friendly people.
The town was lovely. Friendly people. Would recommend going during peak times if you want to explore more of the town. Most things are not available during April. I wanted to do the 3island tour but went off peak time so that was not available. The town is lovely you can walk around everywhere. Don’t book transfer take the local bus it’s 3.50euros. A lot cheaper. Transfer from hotel is a rip off. The cabs do take card out there as well. Defo go to the hamam aretmis that was really good.

Lively Kos Town is a tourist destination.
Lively Kos Town is a tourist destination. If you are looking to do the three Islands cruise in 1 day, do it, but book down at the harbour rather through an agent or your hotel. Rather than paying 38 Euros per person, we got it for 20 Euros.
We received some great restaurant recommendations from the wonderful staff at the Diamond Boutique Hotel. We found the best restaurants were a couple streets back from the harbour restaurants.
Our stay was much more pleasant than we expected!
The hotel is really nice and it's garden is a hidden gem. We've got an upgraded room with a view to the pool. It's a bit far from the city centre (~30 minutes walk), however there were nice beaches, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. You can also rent a bike and explore the city of Kos, the staff will help you with that.
All the staff members were incredibly helpful and kind, big plus for them :)
The location was perfect, plenty of bars/shops/restaurants nearby. Very close to the centre of Kos Town and the beach. The apartment was very spacious and we loved the fact we had dressing tables to get ready!! Staff were absolutely lovely. The pool was a bonus, just what you need in this heat! You also get access to a pool in the hotel next door, we personally didn’t use it but it was stunning :) well worth the price
The location is perfect, a short walk from Kos centre, with lots of coffee and bread shops nearby. It is also very quiet, and plenty of free parking. Brand new, everything in pristine condition, great for self catering, with ground floor access.
The interaction of the staff,, owner,, was exceptional, and always available to help if needed. Places like this are truly hard to come by.
Would certainly recommend.
Everything is excellent. Next summer I will visit with my wife without any delay. Everybody helpfull and always smile. Hotel's location near everywhere in centre.
