We had an absolutely wonderful experience, and a huge part of it was thanks to Vasiliki! ❤️ We were a group of 8 people, and from the moment we arrived, she took care of absolutely everything we needed. She was always available, attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. No matter what we asked for or needed, Vasiliki was there to help always with patience, warmth, and a smile. Managing the needs of a group of eight people is not easy, but she made everything feel effortless and made us feel truly taken care of throughout our entire stay. Her service went far beyond what we expected, and she made our experience at the hotel so much better. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. Vasiliki, thank you for taking such amazing care of all 8 of us and for making our stay so special. You are truly an asset to the hotel, and we hope they know how lucky they are to have you! ❤️ Highly recommended - and especially because of Vasiliki!

She upgraded us to a room with a view of the lake and gave us the most amazing service🥰 (we love you pelagia) The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing place that will give you peace, this is exactly the place. Located 50 minutes from the airport and half an hour from Palaiokastritsa beach. The road trips are very beautiful. Note that the Waze misses a turn to the hotel, so open Google Maps We eat only kosher so we weren't in the dining room except for fruit Cleaning service was fine Staff at the pool and in the dining room are very nice!!! And really helpful especially the kitchen manager named Sulejman who was simply amazing Over all, we had a really good time and we recommend
