This is not a hotel. It’s a venue for weddings and summer camps for kids, they just happen to rent out a room, albeit a large one. First impressions were not great, it looks run down and appeared deserted. However it was the end of a busy season and i think the owners were taking a breather. That said the owner and her family were very welcoming and provided me with a wholesome dinner and breakfast. The room was huge and the bed comfy, everything was clean and tidy. I booked it because it was considerably cheaper than other properties in the area and I am travelling on a budget and I am more than happy to recommend it on that basis

Best hospitality ever in Greece! The hotel owner Γιάννης and his team are so considerate welcomig enthusiastic efficient and professional. The receptionist team are so helpful and sweet. Food and drinks are very tasty. The housekeeping is so professional always take really good care of the room. The hotel has the best location for Apokrias activity! Highly recommending! The hotel really lighted up our everyday in Patras!

The room was a great size, plenty of room, it was clean and the balcony with a view across the sea was wonderful. Great addition was the tea and coffee facility in the room, as well as the fridge and safe, plus water dispensers on each floor and bottles in the room to refill. The bathroom was lovely, I think it could have done with a small barrier to stop the water escaping but it was not a problem. The bed was amazingly comfortable too, we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice of hot and cold food, always being replenished with tea and coffee that was really nice. All of the staff we spoke with were very friendly and the whole place was lovely and clean, of course some of the decor in the room was well worn but that is not a problem and doesn't detract from the great stay we had. The hotel itself was approximately 20 minute walk into the centre but it was a lovely walk, there are plenty of shops on the way. Locally are supermarkets and coffee shops. The huge car park opposite the hotel is free, safe and with plenty of space.

I can’t not stress how amazing our stay was. It was only a one night after we arrived by ferry. We had some issue traveling (late ferry, thunderstorms, sickness). The staff went beyond to accommodate us and gave us really a 5 star service. From reception desk, to the bar staff, the breakfast and cleaning staff, thank you 🙏 The hotel is great, just outside Patras, parking, restaurant, on the sea, quiet … spacious. We had a free upgrade which was really appreciated. The room with the sea view have big balcony which are a great plus to enjoy the sea view.

More than I expected. Everything was perfect, breakfast, staff, stunning view. Short but relaxing stay. Next time I will try to spend more days there so as to enjoy the place and the hospitality!

The apartment is huge with a good layout and perfect balcony. You can sit for breakfast or sunset drink and watch the locals play in the church grounds. We loved the location. So close to the seaside as well as the main strip of restaurants. Everything was perfect- we want to come again soon. Thankyou again 🙏🏼

We stayed for only one night, but it had everything we needed. The balcony is wonderful, comunication with the owner was very easy. Complementary drinks in the fridge were much appreciated. The bed is very comfortable.
