The breakfast was superb! Fresh, local products and homemade delicacies, local cheeses, butter, marmelades, etc.. We were always offered a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice from local farms. Mrs. Foteini who was in charge of the breakfast was always charming and very willing to provide information and tips on sites to visit; practically, a personalized trip advisor. The breakfast venue was always clean and fresh, with a nice view of the sea. Mr. Panayiotis, the owner, added insightful conversation and good mood. The hotel is perfectly managed by Mrs. Nancy, who has added her artistic point of view and good taste, which is reflected in the absolutely flawless operation of the hotel. Always polite and friendly, the hotel owners made us feel at home from the very first day. The island of Samos is a quite big island, with numerous places to visit and superb beaches. As it requires time to spend, it is very important to stay at a place that makes you comfortable. Although the hotel is situated at Vathy (on the eastern part of the island), it is very close (2 min driving) to the peripheral road that brings you to all the main arteries that lead to the island villages. One more advantage is that the hotel has its own parking place. All in all, the hotel is a true gem for people seeking functionality, cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness and politeness. We will definitely choose this place to stay again, whenever our vacation plans lead us to Samos.

When we arrived we were welcomed by the very nice Gabriella at the reception. we had dinner in the hotel three times and always were so satisfied with the food. Ask also for the things off the menu. Areti, the chef has great options every day. The breakfast was also wonderful, eggs made upon your order: poached, fried, scrambled omelette. I would advise the omelets with ham and cheese. We had the room: Luxury Suite with sea view and it has been amazing. we took a wine upstairs and watched the sun go down in the sea. So romantic. Also the pool area was super nice and cozy, try a Samos mojito from Vangelis and you will never drink something else ever again. Also the Samos wine is really great ( with ice and a slice of orange; again recommended by the great people. We loved the time with Erika and Dimitris. they made our stay even more special. be careful with the Zuma ( homemade schnaps) we already checked out when we come back soon. thanks for everything.

Room isn't super big but big enough for solo, and I guess also for two. The staff guy was extremely friendly, hospitable and accommodating, always trying to help. I had a great stay here. Location is fantastic, you are at the seaside within minutes. Sometimes at night the dogs outside try to do a group orchestral symphony, but it doesnt keep you awake.

Great location. Lucky enough to have got a room at the front - with a most excellent view. It was breezy and light and there was a welcome fruit platter and small bottle of wine. Delightful Anna at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and she very professionally managed a rude and demanding Canadian woman (who wasn’t a guest but insisted she be shown a room). Th housekeeping and breakfast room staff are also excellent.

The studio was spotless, with brand-new and modern amenities. We were only the second guests, and everything was perfectly prepared. The host was exceptionally attentive – they gave us great local recommendations and even supported us with a small personal matter that was not related to the accommodation. The studio also has a wonderful terrace with a beautiful view and is just a short walk from the beach. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely recommend it.

I stayed in Samos-Vathy because it was close to where I'd take the ferry to take me back home to Türkiye. Excellent and affordably food, friendly folks. I managed to rent a car from Hertz (a VW IQ3) and drove around a little bit. Be careful driving out there -- the roads can get narrow, and the scenery is too beautiful, so go slowly to enjoy it all.

Vathy is a small town with so little to do.

Vathy is a small town with so little to do. You can take a coffee in a bar or take a walk in promenade. It is not a lively town at all. No information about buses, or other facilities for tourists. Unfortunately the quality of food in the restaurants is mediocre or bad. I have eaten the worst squid of my life. I have been to many Greek islands and Aegean coast of Turkey to tell a good fried calamari from the bad one.

A very friendly and hospitable little island.

A very friendly and hospitable little island. Food is of excellent quality. Very cheap pricing. One can easily have a fish platter, plus salad with 60cl good quality Ouzo for two only for 50€'s on the water front. Cabs are cheap.

We visited Samos beginning of April.

We visited Samos beginning of April. Despite we did not expect to swim, we swam last day of our visit and regretted that we had not previous days. The restaurants are not open all year long. Most of them were closed. Specially the ones on beaches. We found tavernas in Palaikastro: Triantaphyllos, Paradosiako and one on the beach: Mirto. Wine Museum was great to visit but please check before visit. They told that it was their first day of the season. I would suggest going May or September to enjoy more and avoid crowd.

If your looking for a low key stay that isn't overly...

If your looking for a low key stay that isn't overly touristy, Samos in the off-season (October) fits the bill. We'd like to come again to visit more of the villages, but did enjoy the beaches on both sides of the island.

Very nice island.lot of greenery.Nice beaches ,but I didnt see sandy.,mostly small stones.They have good buses conection , for diferent places..The airport the last bus is at 17h. Taxi to Vathy is 22 Euro.Vathy is beautiful city, a lot to see.Museum worth seeing.There are small places to visit, Pytagorium,Kokari,Karlovasi.From Pitagorium you can reach fast katamaran Dodekanisos seaways to go to Ikaria, Patmos. Rhodos. I reccomand Meltemi restoran in Kokari.fresh fish directly from the sea.Prices correct.

We stayed three nights. Ioannis and Nikki are great hosts. The view is magnificent, rooms are very clean and looks nice. Swimming pool is great. The place is closw to Samos town however renting a car is needed to go to the beaches and other places, like in elswhere in the island. The place is 10 min away to Kokkari beach and 20 min to psili amos which are lovely. Overall our stay was peaceful and wery nice. Thanks.

The location is excellent. It's very close to Samos Port and the city center, within walking distance. It has sea and city views. It's very clean, the furnishings are new, and it's a very spacious apartment. It even has a washing machine. The host is very polite, kind, and very attentive. Since the apartment has two sides, it has a very nice breeze. You feel right at home. I definitely recommend it.

Spacious house and yard, with large parking place, clean, with all appliances you might need in the chicken, personal hygiene items in the bath (tooth brush, razor, etc, slippers were very useful), very good internet. Location is close to the center city but far enough to not be disturbed by roads noise. And 15-30 mins travel by car to the most beautiful beaches from Samos.

Vasili was amazing host. He welcomed us, he provided a lot of information about Samos. He is very kind, hospitable and supportive. The house has literally everything. Washing machine, Dryer, TV, even playstation and box games were available. All materials were high quality and everything was clean. Location was also amazing.
